I would heartily recommend Fusion
I've been trying to book a Nile cruise, which had a few additional complications. I first went to a major national provider in the area and didn't have much luck (could not book anything for a year and 1/2 and the costs they suggested kept going up with each new suggestion without any rhyme or reason).
So thought I'd give Fusion a go and was absolutely blown away. They got back to me really quickly (within 24 hours) the cruise they suggested ticked everything I was looking for and at about £1500 per person less then the competition, despite being a better fit (and could happen in 4 months instead of 18!)
The thing that really impressed me was the personal knowledge of the team, while previous travel agents had generally been people slightly tied to their computers/only able to provide what info was on their website Fusion were able to apply their own expertise to think around problems and come up with the best possible solution.
Even once the cruise itself was booked, they've been really helpful I've been trying to sort out some fine points around some optional excursions, where precisely what we want is a touch awkward, and despite it being a tiny sum of money/after they've already got the actual sale they've been really helpful in trying to find something that fits well with our requirements.
