Stocked hard to find M8 x 20mm Type D Flanged Threaded Insert Nut. Was able to purchase required quantity not restricted to minimum order quantity. Pricing is very reasonable, the online purchase was straightforward, communication throughout from order acknowledgement to shipping details. Delivery wet prompt.

Customer error spotted and resolved
Fusion fixings noticed an inconsistency in my order, nuts and washers one size, bolts a different size, and reached out to confirm what I wanted before picking and shipping the order.
Even with this extra step the delivery was recieved promptly and a frustrating mistake avoided. Thank you.
