Alex and alexander did an amazing job with my
move. They did it so fast and within the time frame booked and did not break or cause any damage to my belongings. Highly recommend them for a move.

BUYER BEWARE: Genuinely awful experience led by thieves. Your belongings will be held hostage and if it not for the police, these thugs would have stolen our furniture!!

We were provided an estimate for the MAX hours our small move would require and were reassured that we would only pay for the time spent. Upon arrival at the pickup location, the foreman immediately balked at our inventory and suggested our move would not meet the five hours he had been 'contracted for.' I explained we had a lot of moving to do once at home, and the job was much bigger than the items he could see. He loaded our things and demanded payment for the entire five-hour estimate upon arriving at the home, refusing to unload until full payment was made. I immediately called the police and with their support, the movers unloaded the furniture. They then abandoned the job, refusing to move items, recycle our refrigerators, or help organize the home. They worked for about an hour and demanded $600, which I absolutely denied. The movers were shady, exercised harassment, and tried to hold our items hostage for a payment they didn't earn. I will be submitting a complaint against their license for corrupt business practices and recommend avoiding hiring these crooks at all costs!

This movers of Fusion Van Lines not only damaged my belongings but stole several boxes. The final bill was much higher than quoted.

Good service. Definitely recommend to use. Crew were on time and very good trained. Packed everything so everything went smooth and no damages.

I had really face a very bad experience with Fusion Van Lines. There behavior was not well. I am very disappointed with them.

The movers were always late, showed up without the proper equipment and damage several of my furniture pieces.

The process was smooth and the representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Scam company!! They sole my stuff!! Very inaccurate estimation of cost, and very rude costumer service. Stay away!!

I recently used Fusion Van Lines for my move, and it was a complete disaster. From the start, their customer service was unresponsive and unprofessional. My move was delayed several times with no clear communication or explanation. When my belongings finally arrived, many items were damaged, and some were even missing!

The movers themselves were careless and seemed more interested in rushing through the job than ensuring my things were safely packed and transported. To make matters worse, when I tried to file a claim for the damaged and missing items, I was met with nothing but excuses and refusal to take responsibility.

I would not recommend Fusion Van Lines to anyone. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with such a poorly run company. Save yourself the headache and choose a different moving service.

I would like to say that from the sales representative to the driver and crew who arrived at my home in Richland, Washington everyone was super professional and they worked as quickly as possible. Terrible experience. If you want a timely move, customer service, and actually want to receive your items- do not book with this company.

First off, our delivery date was withheld from us. We reached out to management multiple times via phone call and email, but wouldn’t receive and update or call back on the status of our shipment. We ended up being over a month without our belongings.

When the company finally decided to move our items from their storage, they did not notify us. We knew because we placed as AirTag to track our belongings that we saw them enroute. The day of arrival, the driver texted us saying he would be there in two hours (it was 8pm on a Sunday). They arrived at 10 with a moving truck that woke all our neighbors.

Upon arrival I was missing two of my items as well! A lot of our pieces were scraped and damaged as well.

Do not trust this company.
