Misleading descriptions of products. Selling mattresses labeled as medium comfort that are so blatantly firm and uncomfortable they are unusable. Denying refund based on return policy. Who can return these mattresses?! An absolute disgrace wasting peoples time and money.

I was happy with full size ordered few month ago.
I ordered; twin /queen, because i but I have open up the queen size yet, the twin matress less firmer and flatten quickly than full size . I have open the queen size after moved to new place.

The quality of the bed frame is great. Good service.

Website was easy to navigate. I was especially struck by the personal contact to confirm the accuracy of my order, and to schedule delivery. Delivery was on schedule and assembly was done well.

company was always in contact, making sure we ordered all the right parts for our futon. Customer service reached out after everything was paid for and found a less expensive shipping option- saving me another 200 dollars!

The items are reasonably priced but availability info is deceptive. The sofa was listed as in stock and the next day I got a call for a delivery schedule. However, after a week, I got another call and was asked to reschedule delivery because the item was not in stock, it was actually back ordered etc. Good selection of items; unfortunately, not reliable.

The delivery team was friendly and professional. They assembled my loveseat quickly and without any issues! I love it because it's exactly as advertised. I love the color and size.

The couch is perfect, delivery, customer service is excellent, recommend it to everyone

cabinet bed was delivered already assembled and was unboxed and set up very quickly. bed is super comfortable and my guests loved it.

EDIT: I've modified the experience to 5 stars. They took the time to address the issue. Recommend to anyone. High quality team, high quality furniture, cool style, fair prices.

Everything went incredibly smoothly with the process. Communication is key with the way Futonland handles business. The product itself is high quality. I had a small issue and it was resolved promptly and hassle free. I highly recommend getting a futon through them.

Immediately after placing the order, I received a phone call from KJ, looking to check some specs of the cover that I had failed / omitted from my order. we chatted and he said they would get “right on it.” And, they did! In less than a week, our new futon cover arrived and we love it!!! Thank you KJ AND Futonland!!!
