You can always order our supplements on a one-off basis if that works best for you. If you're ordering online you have the choice between "One time purchase" or "Subscribe & save" and over the phone just let us know you don't want a subscription and we'll make sure that's sorted for you, as subscribe and save was selected at the point of purchase this order recurred.
We confirm the subscription in the first email as well as on a physical insert in the first order, we also send order reminder emails 3 days before every order so we do our very best to be transparent regarding subscriptions.
