Great Cases & Customer Service
Great cases which I’m using to store my daughters’ art/craft supplies in.
Originally ordered one red & one blue but blue ended up being out of stock. A lovely lady called Kathy phoned me to let me know and get an alternative colour sent out.
So overall happy with the products and the customer service I received - thank you!

"Good morning Victoria,
As we only had half of your order available in stock when you placed your order we shipped 3 units immediately. The remaining 3 were shipped on the 8th, so you should receive them by midweek."
As today is Tuesday I am confident you will receive the balance of your order by midweek (Wednesday). However, please contact me if you do not receive your delivery by Wednesday 18:00 and I will investigate further.

Good morning Mark. I am sorry that you have not yet received your order. You placed your order with us on the 27th June at 14:17. We packed and posted your order the following day. I have checked with the carrier (Evri/Hermes) and they received your order into stock on the 4th July (I can't explain why they didn't do this sooner). You parcel is currently listed as at the depot and scheduled for delivery as of today. This is your tracking number: H01M8A0004439219.

Only let down by he courier service, failed to deliver in the time slot on Saturday apologized and said they would email Monday and the turned up unexpectedly Sunday afternoon.

My parcel arrived damaged which was not their fault. They resolved it incredibly quickly. However, the best part of the service was the customer service. It was efficient, friendly and absolutely hilarious. The most engaging I have ever experience. Nigel you made my day - don't ever change.
