FAKES!!! Do not be fooled into purchasing items from this website. Goods are all fake and not genuine JellyCat. Please don't be tempted to buy them and give to any children as there is no way of knowing wha materials have been used to make these and be 100% sure they are safe.

Fake goods, stay away!!!! They also do not respond when wanting to return. Counterfeit Jellycats of really poor quality! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Avoid at all costs, the company is just a scam. Bought a bed 2 months ago and the zip just burst on its own and now I'm trying to get a replacement or refund they are just ignoring all communication...

This website sells counterfeit Jellycats DO NOT ORDER!! Spelling errors on tags of teddies and overall quality / finish is awful (looks like arms are sown on backwards on bunnies etc). I’ve tried to email them twice with no response so now escalating issue to my bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered and paid for a dogs bed over two months. No bed, no reply to e mails …
Basically they will steal from you.

I wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing from this site. I thought it all looked above board because the prices also seemed to reflect genuine Jellycat RRP. However, the moment I received my confirmation email, it said I’d get a ‘free’ Jellycat thrown in! Wait. What? Immediately, I knew this was a scam and tried to ask for a refund using their misspelled support address. I also tried the support email on their website. I’ve emailed every day for the last week but never got any response. Amazingly the goods did arrive though and sadly they are fake. Weird serial numbers (or none at all), poor quality rip offs at Jellycat prices. Buyers be aware!!!

ZERO STARS!!! I did not receive my order that i placed over 4 weeks ago. Absolutely no reply from multiple e-mails and my tracking number does not work. I ended up ordering from the original Jellycat site in the end, wish I had just done this in the first place!!!! Won't make this mistake again.... So disappointing.

I tried to return to uk returns address but they DONOT exist at that address.
I paid £35 for jellycat marshmallows and they are counterfeit.

Every product has 6 reviews with the same stock answer.

Products are fake jellycat from China and seem to either not arrive at all or take ages to arrive if they do with prices the same as official jellycat.

Avoid completely

Please don't make the mistake that I did, this company is a SCAM selling fake Jelly Cats. The webdite/company name often changes slightly. I ordered 2 Jelly Cats believing this to be a genuine retailer because of the reviews on their website (I should have checked) and I could use the Shop App to pay for the goods.

Just received a fake bartholomew bear and paid the same as I would at jellycat. Ordered from here as it was out of stock. Don’t buy

Fake products, the items arrived with wonky eyes and the ears the wrong way round. They have the jellycat label but definitely aren’t authentic products. I’ve emailed to return but heard nothing back! Do not buy from here

I knew shortly after pressing to pay I had made the cardinal error of not checking this company out first. I called Tesco credit card and they told me it was too late and to put in a claim later after receiving the product. So cross with myself!! They can’t even spell friend correctly on the website.

This Jellycat Bunny and not even a good fake as poorly made 🙄🥺😱😡. Don’t even know where to begin as so much wrong with the item!! Arms back to front and not stuffed enough as were the legs. Nose wonky, head wonky and eyes poorly placed. So I can’t even give this to my granddaughter as so badly made. This company needs to be shut down asap 😡

As others have mentioned, this is quite an impressive counterfeit operation, with exceptional service I might add.
Were it not for the fact that their stock is clearly counterfeit when received, despite efforts to pass these off as genuine, they could do well just selling soft toys.

Please don’t buy these expecting to receive genuine goods, they are very good copies, however selling at almost retail can also be deceptive, like stating they’re based in the US when it’s actually China.

Without a doubt this site is selling fakes!

I made purchased knowing that there was a high chance I was getting stitched up, and I was right!

If you really want to buy a fake then get from Taobao for less than £10 and you will receive the same item!

Be warned! They’ve made a good site to fool you but if something is too good to be true, it often is!

Be aware these are fake Jelly Cat Products from China. Very Misleading and disappointing.
