This is honestly one of the best trading journals I’ve ever used. It’s not complicated at all, it’s just perfectly designed. Everything you actually need is in the program, and the overall layout is super clear and easy to work with.

What really stands out to me is the integration with Oura & Whoop, wow!!! Your health plays such a big role in trading, and this journal really makes you aware of that. Sometimes you don’t fully realize how you feel, whether you’re tired, or if you’ve had a bad night. This helps you gain insight into your performance and make better decisions moving forward.

As a woman, I also really appreciate the ability to take your cycle into account. That’s something that’s often overlooked, but it can have a big impact.

Highly recommend this platform and definitely something I’ll be using for a very long time.

Finally got rid of my spreadsheets, this journal gives me all the insights I need without having to go through to much trouble to filter my data. Also recommended for Prop traders, because it has a nice overview where you can see the status of all your accounts.

The integration with Whoop and the Tilt trading detector are also very insightful!
