FXIFY futures is a scam

Currently opening up a case against this firm for stealing $43,000 in hard earned profits that were already approved by their own team. They made up some “account rolling” bs after delaying my payouts for 2 weeks, which just means you’re buying too many accounts. Remember this was after my payouts were already approved and I have the proof. Instead of just limiting the number of accounts that someone can buy and reset to avoid this “rule”, they will just ban you instead once you start making too much money and juicing them because your too much risk. This is the same pattern I have seen with all successful traders at this firm. Do your research. Stay far away from this prop firm. Worst experience I have ever had trading over 10 different prop firms. I will make sure nobody else falls for this false advertising company. YouTube videos coming soon. Just as proof they flex my dashboard stats all over their leaderboard, and they haven’t even paid me from any of those accounts they are flexing on their main website. Let me remind you I am the second most paid trader this entire prop firm, go see for yourself. Reach out to me if you want more information.

AVOID THIS FIRM
I am writing this review to document how a confirmed platform outage and my affected trades were handled by support.

The firm officially reported an outage between 14:21 and 14:54 UTC, stating that traders were impacted.

Before the outage, all my accounts were flat.During the outage, I had pre-existing limit orders that were filled shortly after the outage began. I was already logged in when the outage started. Shortly after, the platform became non-functional: black/loading screens, empty charts, and eventual forced logout.

I was unable to manage or close positions during the outage.

During this time, I was explicitly told in Discord not to trade and to wait until the issue was resolved (screenshots provided to support).

After the outage ended, I placed one small test trade at 15:31 UTC, as instructed, to verify platform functionality. This trade was after the outage and not disputed by me.

Support response issues:

After waiting ~30 hours for a response, I was told that “almost all positions were opened and closed outside the outage window,” which is factually incorrect.

Support then claimed that because trades were opened during the outage window, my platform was “fully functional.”

This conclusion is false: limit orders filling does not mean the platform is usable.
I could not interact with charts, manage positions, or log back in.
Support ignored screenshots clearly showing the platform frozen, black, and unusable during the outage.
The firm later stated the outage “only affected logins,” while simultaneously acknowledging widespread issues — contradicting both their own announcement and user reports.

Despite extensive evidence (timestamps, screenshots, chat logs), support refused further review and stated the decision was “final.”

I repeatedly requested direct contact with the audit/technical team or escalation. This was refused, as traders are not allowed to communicate with them.
Other firms resolved outage-related losses appropriately. This firm relied on a technicality (orders filled automatically) to deny responsibility, while ignoring the fact that I was explicitly instructed not to trade and was unable to manage positions due to the outage.

Conclusion:
This was not a fair or transparent review process. Evidence was dismissed, platform functionality was misrepresented, and escalation was blocked. Traders should be aware of how outages are handled and how limited recourse is when disputes arise. They refuse to reply to all the proof I have provided.

Avoid this firm at all costs.

Clearly making false statements. There was a confirmed GLOBAL outage. Any trade open during an outage is affected by it. The problem I mentioned was never about pure execution.

EDIT 2:

They close my accounts an hour after reinstating my accounts while I was in the middle of a trading session and being up big for the day. They do everything they can to avoid paying out money. I told them I was adjusting the initial review after they gave me new accounts, but after they saw I was up for the day they fully closed me out again.

Por ahora todo bien.aun no he llegado a los retiros que es lo más importante a la hora de valorar pero de momento tanto el soporte como la plataforma funcionan bien. Como sugerencia queria decirles que se planteen en activar la cuenta fondeada el mismo dia. Tardan un día o dos. Podría ser automáticamente ya que la prueba la cierran en cuanto alcanzas los parámetros definidos. Sería un puntazo. Allí lo dejo.

Complete run around stay far away !!

Complete run around and these guys have scam written all over them. I bought 1 50k challenge account. I passed it in a few days. That’s where the games started. It took 3 days after I passed to get an email saying to do KYC to create the account. The KYC platform they use is a joke. They kept rejecting my documents keep in mind I’m a US citizen born raised and no issues completing KYC at literally every other from along with Riseworks. It took 2 weeks to complete the KYC. After the KYC was done I asked where my funded account was at and it was crickets. They would take days to answer saying. They have escalated this ticket and are looking into it. It basically took a month to get the funded account after passing the challenge. There are so many firms that are so much better than these overseas bad actors. Stay far far away

First experience, incredible!

First experience with FXIFY support and I couldn’t be more delighted. Lloyd was fast, knowledgeable, understanding, and overall a pleasure to work with. It's an Okay Funding Firm

TBH, it's fine. The one step eval is convenient. Passed the \$50k standard plan. Rules are there, just need to follow them closely. Payout terms seem average. It's not blowing me away but it's not bad either. Does the job. The consistency rule is probably the main thing to keep an eye on. Just another option out there.
