We have noted your complaint, which you also sent to us by email and our team responded back to you. Limit or stop orders just before a major news event are not allowed as it's a high risk trading strategy which is a risk to our capital when you get a funded account. This is why we want traders to follow this rule from their challenge stages itself. The rules are clearly mentioned on the FAQ page.
Your other argument that you did not go into drawdown below your starting balance is correct, however you did hit your daily drawdown and that is a breach of rules, which is standard for all prop firms.
Finally, you mentioned about slippage as you tried to trade a highly volatile news event. This is a common occurrence during major news events and we sent you the following link for understanding as well https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/slippage.asp
In fact, this slippage is the exact reason why we do not encourage any pending orders before a major news event to protect the capital.

Since you decided to post your review even after our team explained the entire situation, so allow us to respond again here what we said so that everyone reading your biased review can understand the problem
1. You claimed your server kept disconnecting. We have multiple clients trading on the same server and not one other person complained about this. Our servers are with a regulated well-reputed broker and our team explained to you it had something to do with your internet connection. A simple Google Search from your end would also have told you the same thing.
2. You claimed you could not put stop loss on your desktop, which was also same reason due to Point 1 above. Once again, no one has any issues to modify stop losses from mobile or desktop
3. You started your trading account and went into drawdown, then asked us to change the platform. Once again we clearly informed you any change on platform should be before you start your trading.
All above points you continued to argue by using derogatory language in your emails and to our chat support. We responded in the most professional manner and yet you say the customer support is the worst? Your entire frustration raised from the issue that you lost your account, if things went in your favor, we are sure you would be telling a different tale.

You can register but you may not receive payouts
FxmFunding allows to register all countries but when it comes to payouts, only If you are not prohibited from Deel, you will receive your payouts. Other prob firms, allow you to receive payouts through Crypto if you do not have account with Deel.
Please check the Deel list of prohibited countries to confirm if your country is not in that list before paying the challenge.

Your review subject starts off on a very negative note against FXMFUNDING and is extremely misleading, not to mention absolutely False. You are suggesting that we are a prop firm that doesn't pay our clients. There is no such issue and this is false propagation of information from your end.
As you have rightly pointed out though, our partner for payouts is Deel and our live support always clarifies to anyone asking for payout as well as restrictions. If you have paid for your challenge and are not eligible for Payout due to restrictions of our payout partner, then we will refund your challenge fee. Just send a message to live chat or email us instead of spreading wrong information to the community.
We will wait to receive any email or information from you if you have paid your challenge fee as we don't see you as part of our trader's community at all

I was hesitant to try as they are newly launched but can say I've had no issues so far. Account opening was quick and a good trading platform.

Most interesting element for me was the monthly salary as compared to the one time challenge fee refund on other firms. I've had a great experience so far with timely response from both live support and mailing support. Keep up the great work

Having worked with all the major prop…
Having worked with all the major prop firms, I’m sure FXMFunding will be easily challenging with the best thanks to their fresh new concept of monthly salary and an extremely attentive and supportive team. I don’t see any issues with their liquidity as they are using Eightcap and their trading conditions are also comparable to the best. I have completed Phase 1 on their challenge and will update my post once I am on their funded stage.

I came across FXM Funding while looking at an alternative Prop Firm and got interested in the guaranteed salary advertised. Happy to say that I passed Phase 1 and now working on the Phase 2. Definitely satisfied with the level of support which was excellent
