Yesterday I finalized my complaints to all the competent authorities (CySEC, FSCA, VFSC and Financial Ombudsman) regarding the arbitrary confiscation of my capital by FXPrimus.

In the complaints, I made clear the amount of over $10,000 subtracted under an unfounded and hypocritical justification that ignores the company's own terms of agreement. The brokerage firm attempts to manipulate contractual interpretations to validate what, in practice, is the misappropriation of a principal deposit.

I repeat: today the target is my capital, tomorrow it could be yours. FXPrimus's behavior raises serious doubts about its financial health; if $10,000 is enough to force the company to violate its own terms and risk its licenses, we are facing a financially fragile institution with predatory conduct.

Leave them as soon as possible, as they are an entity without governance and with very low operational reliability.
