First things first I would just love to…
First things first I would just love to say how fast and reliable Fyntura is. I had an issue today and wasn't sure if it was on my end but i ended up speaking with Jason and he was amazing! He made sure my issue was dealt with in a timely manner and his paytience is immaculate! I couldnt find the picture he wanted and he waited until i found it without a fuss! Help with my bonus!
I don’t know how, but I totally forgot about the bonus offer! When I reached out via chat, Teresa W. was able to help me. I was off by a few cents, I guess the fee’s and she was able to get me all set up! I’ve only been trading live with them for a few days, but it’s been a good experience so far!
6-20-24 I had to downgrade to 3 stars. I still enjoyed the customer service however my trading account has been at a pause-I have not been able to take trades as of a week now, there is no trading tab. Also, I've had a few trades not take profit as it should. I decided to just withdraw my funds. It was pretty simple and no issues with the process.
