Waited till I left then hit me with so called no show cancel charges from over five months ago. Sound pretty vindictive to me. I will never go there again.

Sent paperwork a day before appointment and wanted it filled out quickly. They also called an hour before my scheduled appointment for over a week and cancelled my appointment last minute. I wouldn't recommend the Naples fyzical therapy practice.

Megan Chipper is by far one of the most experienced providers I have had the pleasure of working with post shoulder surgery. When I tell you I was floored and shocked at how positive of an experience this was post sub-par PT at a separate facility. Her massage skills and advanced knowledge make a world of difference. She is patient and takes pride in her work. Do yourself a favor and book with her!

In a word: EXCELLENT!
I’ve been to other PT places before this one has been quite different.
With well experienced therapists giving one on one attention to my needs which include both balance and re-hab. I highly
recommend FYZICAL in Stamford.

The Billing side of Fyzical (the locations owned by Hickory Flat) is non responsive. Despite one of their locations in Woodstock emailing them about the refund due (collected on 1/2/26 and my calling the billing dept; They have yet to call back over the past 5 business days.

Fyzical canceled an appointment 4 hours prior, due to a personal issue with staff member. We get this, no issue. Offered a wait list for two days out or next appointment a week out, fair... Best practice - Waitlist the clients ahead of this rotation, and slot in those being rescheduled firstly. Not a sound practice to tell a patient, while laughing, that we do not rank clients in level of importance. Work on the interpersonal skills of front facing staff directly in Mooresville, NC...or lose the franchise to professionally placed social media posts...

I have no idea how this company even has my contact info. They won't tell me what this is about or why they are harassing me. I suspect this entire company may be a scam. Thats the only reason someone would contact you without explaining why. Stay away from this company.

I had very conservative care for 10 visits TWO YEARS ago. I was making very little progress rehabbing my ankle injury, so I stopped going to Fyzical and made better progress working with YouTube videos.

I got ANOTHER BILL from Fyzical today. I paid as I went at the time of service. I have no insurance. I PAID IN FULL AT EACH APPOINTMENT. I don't owe Fyzical a dollar. Stop harassing me.

I was charged over $500 for a 45min PT session. That's over $11 per minute! Because I my bill was over $2000 for 8 weeks, I was kicked out under the guise that I was 'graduating'. I definitely wasn't done. This is the most expensive PT I've ever had and the PT was similar to other PT experiences and nothing above and beyond to warrant the high cost. Therapists were professional. The cost of PT was much higher than any other PT than I've had. This occurred in Peoria, IL.

I have complete full-thickness tear in one of the muscles of 'rotator cuff' involving the suprasinatus tendon, as well as another tear in 'lung head of the biceps' as well as 'a small tear to the ring of cartilelge' in the shoulder. The tear measures 1.7 cm in AP dimention. The tom portion is retracted 2.4 cm. The supraspinatus muscle is not significantly atrophied.
I contacted and started doing physical Therapy for my Right Shoulder Problem with Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers at 5214, N. Milwaukee Ave., Near Jefferson Park, Chicago, IL-60630 under the guidance of Dr. Alex Orihuela and Tony Wong PT, DPT and I am finding improvement everyday to move my hand wich was very very painful before.
Service rendered is courteous and Fyzical take good care of their patients. Office staff is good and helpful too. MUBARAK ALI PATEL

4. I contacted NATL itself to bring these issues to their attention. Placing this review on the FYZICAL Natl "all franchises" site is correct.

I was a pelvic floor & low back therapy patient at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers (Round Rock, TX off HWY 79). Dates of service are Jan 2x, 2023 thru Nov 20, 2023.

In a nutshell, SAROL Ventures has little idea how to operate a Physical Therapy franchise - and the franchiser is NOT providing much help. Further, they're so worried I'll leave a negative review, they forgot to treat the patient FIRST.

1. My orthopedic surgeon sent an eval/treat PT order for lower back & pelvic/pelvic floor.
2. My 1st DPT (and also the Clinic Director) was quite nice. However, when we began the PF work, she set up the room to make HER comfortable - not the patient.
3. I point out the above because - my intake forms clearly said I have CPTSD, I'm not sure if all Owner(s) down simply FORGOT! As a patient, I have 25+ years of experience with PT & specifically Pelvic Floor.
4. After a lengthy rotation of D/PTs who did/didnt understand pelvic floor and the importance of those annoying little muscles to support my abdomen, spine AND pelvic floor without anything becoming too tight ... the practice began acting "frightened" to do any PT.
5. At some point, I heard the owners were terrified I'd leave a 1star Google review (?) WELL:

6.Even what they sell makes little sense - the "door puller" is best attached to a door's MIDDLE hinge: in our area, most interior doors are light & only have TWO.
7. Items I woulda considered buying are now in use on the floor - different size pillows & bolsters, etc. The remainder are advertised as if that product solves ALL. We're not there to shop: we're there for focused "one on one" physical therapy.
8.Last, this franchisee is NOT transparent - they dont keep paperwork up-to-date. Everything from compliance officers to current list of employees varies DEPENDING on which website you check!

I have much more. However, I'm trying to be very honest & back everything I write with proof. More later. Note: this is the 1st review I've written about this FYZICAL location. But the overall franchise must DO BETTER - this is a facility practicing medicine.

My husband ran an in-patient rehab hospital, and we were recommended to Fyzical by a local sister hospital here in his company. SO glad to have found Fyzical Lakewood Ranch! After 2 surgeries (spinal fusion in Feb & total hip replacement in Jun), I thank not only my physicians but the Fyzical team for bringing me back to my life. Fyzical Lakewood Ranch is clean and operates like a well-oiled machine. Paul and Stephanie (aka “Cruella!”) were absolutely amazing - along with Juanita and the various assistants. Melissa at the front desk kept me straight with scheduling appointments to coordinate with the needs of our primary & secondary insurance companies. The team was respectful of my time - not only maximizing my workout, but beginning & ending on time. I progressed at my own pace (while being gently nudged to do more), at the same time learning how to continue moving forward on my own. Parking is relatively plentiful and easy - there’s even a covered drive-thru for those needing to be dropped off or on rainy days. I don’t look at my graduation from PT as being done-done, but see it as having reached my current physical goals - and yet I’m empowered to continue. While I’d be glad to never see them again (!!) - if I need to return to PT, it will be to the Fyzical team at Lakewood Ranch!
