Within 30 minutes of asking my Estate Agent to arrange a Home Report, the Graham & Sibbald Kirkcaldy team had sent me an initial email and then telephoned to arrange an appointment - made as quickly as for the next day!
Zoe attended and carried out a very thorough survey, keeping me informed as she progressed around the house and garden.
I appreciated Zoe briefly going over her findings with me and then three days later (this included a weekend) I received the finalised Home Report.
All communication from Zoe and her colleague Laura was very prompt, clearly articulated and friendly.

Can’t fault Neil Cromarty Inverness branch. Came to survey my parents house for Home Report and discovered they had got Cavity Wall insulation put in! Obviously devastating for me trying to sell property but he went above and beyond to contact colliegues over Scotland to try and find companies that would extract this cavity wall. He gave me contact details and as a result i got a company which has now extracted the cavity wall and at a very reasonable price. Can now move forward with selling property but

Be careful with this company. If something goes wrong they aren't very forthcoming in remedying the issue.
