Parking notice scam!

I would have given negative review if possible. There is no way to contact them. I wanted to appeal. When I tried to do this online they were asking for the reference number and vehicle reg. When I provided these a message comes up saying they cannot locate my parking notice.
When I call the telephone number it is all automated and they are ever ready to take the fee, when I give the reference number over the phone for them to take the payment, of course they can find my parking notice.
So basically if I want to appeal they cannot locate my parking notice. If I want to pay they can!!!!

This is preposterous!!

Does anyone know how one can speak with a human being at G24 Limited? Appealed PCN on 27th April, then proceeded to receive another letter dated 23rd April? makes no sense. Why send out another letter with same information on when first appeal has not been dealt with. As a person with a severe disability and epilepsy (this was the reason for overstay) so not sure why 'computer says no' if an extreme circumstance is the reason?

High Level incompetence

Incompetence at every level , Firstly my vehicle overstayed a two hour limit by 14 mins.
I was not the driver and appealed on my wife behalf as i am registered owner.
This appeal was dismissed instantly by a bot i assume.
advising me that i had not right to appeal as it needed to be the driver ???
Secondly - I decided to pay fine as could claim back via business, I have requested correct invoice for this transaction 4 time to date but again G24 seem to either refuse , ignore any request,
only in the uk , we allow such scams and poor operators

Absolute worst company with zero common sense. I am a new tenant at a private property and was penalized simply for parking at my own home during my move-in period. It took them 39 days to issue my parking permit, yet they had the audacity to issue a PCN in the meantime. Even after explaining the transition period, they refuse to be reasonable. They are more interested in predatory "fines" than actual parking management. Avoid at all costs and fight every ticket they give you.

Sneaky Parking scammers. Go Outdoors also benefit from these made up charges. I won't spend a single penny with them in the future.

Got a penalty from G24 ,reason being…

Got a penalty from G24 ,reason being that I left my vehicle for more than 24 hours on their premises.It happened before,2 years ago with a different vehicle.Same reason.I proved them wrong TWICE!!They should be suspended for good!!AWFUL, AWFUL PEOPLE!!!

Terrible company

Terrible company. They obviously don't know what companies operate on their trading estates. I got a charge at the Trade City, Reading saying I stayed over 4 hours. Yes (my car) did stay over 4 hours because it was at In n Out Autocentre having a service and mot!!!!
They have cancelled the charge

G24 Untrustworthy

So my wife went to Nailsea Crown shopping centre recently and paid when she left the car park. She visited the doctors and paid a total of £1.50p. Then over a month later she received a fine with no explanation. She did not get a receipt so probably should have taken a screenshot on her phone, so she remembered that she could verify her payment by a bank transaction which she did. So she challenged the £60 fine online as there was no call centre. You could also challenge by post. Well good news the fine was quashed.
All it said in their reply was that the fine had been cancelled. G24 could not even apologise for trying to deceive a member of the public who was totally innocent. Their reviews on trust pilot says it all. How do they get away with this corrupt behaviour? Hopefully in time they will go bankrupt .

Parking at Ventura Retail Park Tamworth

This companies customer service is non existent. No way to contact them & they simply work on the basis of using threatening behaviour to exhort money out of you.
Their portal doesn’t work, states the parking reference & vehicle registration no doesn’t exist. No contactable telephone no available to speak to a human being only a phone no to make payment. Their letter states to write into “the address below” but there are 2 addresses below. Have written to both of these & never received a response.
They have sent a letter demanding more than double what they originally wanted & have subsequently instructed Debt Collectors.
I have notified “Watch Dog” with all my evidence as someone needs to investigate the ethics of this company because they only have one aim which is to use threatening behaviour to frighten people into paying. Black Mail or what?! Surely they are in breach of every regulation going?!

I parked in Nailsea

I parked in Nailsea, N.Somerset shopping centre car park. The large notices said "pay before you leave".
Half hour later sitting in a restaurant I thought, I'll pay now on their app as it's raining. The app is Evology.
On the app the only choice given was to start the time from now, not from the time I entered I searched a d could find no way of entering an earlier time so I paid and left.
A few days later I get the fine !
I appeal and explain that there was no way to pay back to an earlier time on the app.
The appeal was rejected !
I reluctantly paid but am angry and will never use a G24/Evology park again !

Where in 2026 and rip off companies…

Where in 2026 and rip off companies still exist? This company has issued me 4 tickets over the last month for allegedly not parking inside the parking bay, well guess what there are no visibly marked parking bays in this car park, unfortunately my car is hire purchase which means as soon as they send the fine to the lease company, it’s paid by the lease company and then I pay back, it’s a joke, the website to appeal asks for 10 digit parking reference but they have quoted 12 digits on all 4 fines which means I cannot appeal any of the fines, tried to contact by phone ( waste of time ) scam company that needs to be shut down immediately and investigated for fraud.

Crooked car parking cowboys!!!

These crooks are demanding £100 for a parking charge. They can get lost as my friend was using the car to get around while her one had broken down and she was kept waiting at wickes as she had a problem with an order and there was no manager available as they were in a meeting.

I will sue these scumbags to high heaven if they try any enforcement action.

G24 issued a parking charge at B&M…

G24 issued a parking charge at B&M Braintree after my son and daughter-in-law were delayed leaving due to caring for their baby (changing/feeding before leaving).
The car park is ANPR controlled and the max stay is 60 minutes, but there was zero discretion for a genuine family situation.
They paid cash in store so didn’t have a receipt afterwards, and both G24 and B&M refused to cancel without it.
This isn’t customer friendly at all. It feels like a trap for ordinary people.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers! Tried to send us a fine for parking in a retail park for 24 hours and we weren’t even there. Had a photo of the car driving! Scammers who haven’t even got the intelligence to do it convincingly.

Know your PCN rights and dont pay!

Charged me for parking (in a near empty car park, not even using up a bay) to help an elderly blue badge holding disabled lady jump start her car. Provided evidence and them and the IAS [supposed independent body] who is funded by the parking fines, both refused my evidence and witness statements and the IAS upheld what is an invoice. If they threaten you with debt recovery, they are misleading you. This needs to go to court to be enforced, giving you a chance to defend yourself. Im now taking legal action. These in my opinion are crooks that should be regulated by a genuinely independent body. Do not use a carpark run by them, their machines dont work properly and they care very little about uk parking law or your public right to contest unfare charges on extenuating circumstances. I got the charge dropped by speaking to the land management firm, but how many people dont bother to fight these shoddy car park business owners!

I had a great experience at B&M…

I had a great experience at the B&M Store in Stratford upon Avon this CHRISTMAS thanks to G24. After doing a £162.00 Christmas present shop in B&M I have received this morning a £90.00 parking charge notice for parking in B&M's car park from G24 for the pleasure. Nothing shows the Christmas spirit more than being penalized for shopping in a busy store. This disgraceful company "G24" know that it's busy at Christmas time and have gone on to sting many shoppers this year who were paying customers. I will never shop at any store that use this company to monitor there car parks ever again!!!

Palliative Care Unit -If I could give 0…

Palliative Care Unit -If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is for Total Parking solutions 24 LTD, which I believe are affiliated.

I collected a mattress from a palliative care unit at Princess of Wales Hospital - Bridgend. This mattress is used for the most complex of patients, often in a lot of pain. There was no one on the front desk at the time to validate the parking. I therefore ran in to collect the mattress and briefly spoke to the nurse in charge.

Upon leaving I had a ticket on my car, the person who administered the ticket couldn't have cared less and suggested I followed the complaints process. I followed the complaints process, only to not get a reply.
As there was no response and it was a work vehicle, I had to pay the higher rate + an admin fee.
Absolutely disgusting - For those unaware a palliative unit is for those saying goodbye to loved ones, imagine walking out afterwards to be ticketed. I am fortunate enough that I was not there for a family member.
For then to have an impossible complaints process to navigate through is immoral.

Robbing c*nts

I went to B&M in Tiverton on 07/12, the shop was extremely busy because it’s nearly Christmas, today (31/12) I received a parking charge notice “reminder” having never received the first letter which coincidentally would’ve saved me £40, I went over by 14 minutes! after reading reviews of people having court summonses and bailiffs turning up at their door I felt I had no choice but to pay it, but I will never again be parking in one of their car parks and if I have to, I will take measures to ensure that I cannot be fined.
