Still waiting...

15-30 minutes delivery time? 27+ hours and counting now with no hope. The first couple times using their Live Chat, it was "just a couple more hours". Since those chats, it's just been "we'll let you know by email". Selling without any stock is just poor service.

No problems at all

Made quite a lot of gil orders in the past year and it always was fast amd without any hassle, same as their sister website ssegold. No issue with bans either

g4mmo BAD REVIEW

Horrible company, ordered a few thousand on Classic BC, i was banned within a few hours of recieving the gold, customer service is rude as hell and dont even give a danb, they also take a week to refund you and its only 50 % refund even though it states on the main page you can request a full refund at any time, absolutely horrible experience, have been through other companys multiple times and never had an issue, do yourself a favor and go through a more respectable / reliable company, or you will regret it :)

Good gone to bad

So I started using g4mmo a long time ago, back in early classic they were great the delivery times were on point and I hardly ever had to contact support to rush things along. However I've been a returning customer of theirs for a good while and made many orders but as of late everytime I've asked about their stock/delivery times I get a 2-3 hours delivery that haven't been hold up at all. When confronted you get a smiley face and a automated reply at the end I told them this will be my last order and I actually took the time to rate them as worse than worse. If you wanna get your gold in time when needed DONT use g4mmo.
Heres the chatlog of me and one of their support agents of my latest order you have been WARNED!

Me: Hey there so was just gonna check if you can ask your supplier to finish my order now, the last 3 orders I've made and I've been a regular customer of yours has been delayed

But why are we given a 2-3hours delivery promise that never holds up these days rather than being honest and say yes it might take 8 hours or 1 day instead of bluntly lying to customers specially those who have supported you for years have a look at my order history and you'll see, but yea thanks for rushing it along cause I need the gold asap

G4MMO.com is a joke! Never buy here!!!

I went to their livechat and asked how long it would take to deliver x amount (small amount).
They said it would take 5 - 6 hours and then I placed my order... Worst mistake ever!
I have been on livechat every day since and been dragged around like a fool for 5 days now.
Every day the same copy/paste reply "Sorry sir, we need another 4 - 5 hours to deliver".

If you can't deliver why jerk your costumers around like that???
I know why... It's because if they told the truth they would go bankrupt in a heartbeat. Lying to their costumers is the only way to lure costumers into paying and not delivering as promissed.

I still have not gotten my entire order yet!!!

They keep saying "Sorry sir, we can refund" well knowing it would take weeks before the money get back into the costumers account.

From what I've gathered this is a daughter company of SSEGold so they might be shady too.

This is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had online!

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Was told I would receive what I ordered which was gold in about 8 hours from the time I ordered. Didn’t get it. Then was told I needed to wait 1-3 days. I ordered from MMOgah and got the same exact thing I ordered in 30 mins. Don’t buy anything from these guys they suck.

Yeah same as the other reviewer, said i would get the gold within 3-4 hours, waited, no gold, they said i would get the gold 4-6 hours the next time i asked so i went to sleep, next day same thing, no stock i had to wait 8-12 hours, the 12 hours passed by and again, 4-6 hours til restock on the gold, so i went to sleep again. Woke up the next day, went on my day and came back online about 4 pm, still nothing, they keep pushing for the refund but i felt to invested to the gold already timewise, i do NOT recommend this site, they do not keep their promises.

DONT BUY!! NICHT KAUFEN!!

Seit Tagen warte ich auf meine Bestellung, nichts passiert. Im LiveChat heisst es das sie nichts auf Lager hätten. Fordert man dann sein Geld zurück heisst es auf einmal das der Auslieferer Probleme mit seinem Account hat. Auf weitere Fragen wird dann nicht mehr geantwortet. Ich rate von diesem Service ab, dann lieber 2-3 Euro mehr zahlen und bekommen was man bestellt!

For days I am waiting for my order, nothing happens. In Live Chat it says that they have nothing in stock. When I wanted to have my money back, it says the supplier has problems with his account. Other questions will no longer be answered. Do not buy from g4mmo.com! You're wasting time and nerves!
