Awful- it’s a scam

Awful. If I could give a lower rating I would. My 2inch tiny tin arrived from China and had an about 5 teaspoons of powder in a tiny silver bag. I took pictures and emailed them and they insisted I had received the correct order. I was told there was 30 servings each approximately 1.67 teaspoons and a teaspoon was included in my package. No teaspoon and definitely not 30 servings. Maybe a few at best. Just to give you an idea as to how small my tin was - it barely held one kcup. Now can you get 30 cups of coffee from one kcup? I was told to get a refund I would have to pay for return shipping to another country which was more than what I paid for my order. I rarely complain or post negative comments but I feel it is necessary in this situation to inform consumers about this product and let them decide. Buyer beware in this instance.

There is no way that one container is 30 days worth!!!!,A SPRINKLE A DAY!!!!I broke my rfule and bought from an INFOMERCIAL ,3 cans about 30 days worth (maybe) should be 90?DONT DO IT, NO SCOOP TO MEASURE AND IN AN ONE TIME USE BAG,DOES NOT SEAL!OBVIOUSLY DONT GIVE A SH. T.

Good Customer Service

After some confusion with the label stating that 30 servings in one can and that each serving was 1.67 tsp which is pretty hard to measure I contacted Sophia and she told me that the label is incorrect and that measurement is 2/3 of a teaspoon or 1.67g. I have suggested they offer a measuring spoon which they confirm will do moving forward. Top service. The product is an acquired taste but I will see with time if it works.

GLP-1 Boost—Not as Advertised

I purchased 3 tins of the GLP-1 Boost Tea and cannot yet comment on any weight loss or energy benefit—I've only used it for about 2-½ weeks. But anyone considering a purchase should know two things that are not mentioned anywhere on their website.
— the 50 gram tin says 30 servings and recommends 1.67 tsp per serving. I'm using 1 tsp and I'm more than halfway thru the first tin...no way will I get 30 servings.
—even more concerning, the ingredients are listed as "Matcha Green Tea extract, Natural Strawberry extract"—no where does it say, as noted on the tin as required, Is suppose, that it contains 30% matcha powder and 70% strawberry powder.

Not exactly truth in advertising.

You're absolutely right to point this out. The suggested serving size of 1.67 tsp was printed incorrectly and it should state 1.67g (2/3 tsp), we are correcting that and including a measuring spoon in future orders. Estimated number of servings is based on the average scoop size used in clinical studies related to GLP-1-activating teas. However, actual usage may vary based on individual taste preferences and goals. We're currently reviewing the way we communicate serving estimates to make them clearer and more consistent with real-world use, and your feedback is incredibly helpful in that process.

Ingredient Transparency
We agree that transparency is essential. The tin label does specify the 30% Matcha and 70% Strawberry ratio to meet regulatory packaging standards, and we acknowledge that this detail should also be clearly stated on the website for full consistency. I have purchased the tea from Gaia…

I have purchased the tea from Gaia Infusion and had some issues with shipping, as I moved address. I contacted them and in less than 24h they reshipped the product. I was shocked to see there was a hand written note welcoming me to my new home and with an offer of one more jar. Excellent customer service.

Returns: Not satisfied? Return within 30 days for a full refund. 100% MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT.... YOU CAN EMAIL THEM ALL YOU WANT BUT THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU DID NOT READ THE ENTIRE POLICY WHICH IS NOT LISTED ON THE PURCHASE PAGE AND THAT IF YOU TRIED THE PRODUCT THEN YOU CAN'T RETURN IT FOR A REFUND. 🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

We do offer a 30-day return policy, but as outlined in our full returns policy (linked on the checkout page and in the footer), products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refund unless there is a quality issue or product defect.
