Went to collect one item, left with several. Lovely people to deal with, welcoming friendly service and nothing seemed too much trouble. Will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing simply the best around
What can I say we met the most lovely people went to collect chair cushions to end up with lots of bargains would highly recommend and most definitely be using these on a regular basis thank you again

Was happy at first but attitude and…
Was happy at first but attitude and experience went down hill fast. Bought two unbranded dresses for £10. Bought the first as it said 110cm but it wasn’t big enough for a cat. So bought the second without complaint at 150cm and it was basically the same size as the first so no good for my niece. Wasted £20. She text me saying she had a home goods pallets as I’ve made it clear that’s all I’m interested in. So I purchased at asking price and it was full of exercise equipment and business stuff. When I told her it wasn’t home goods she gave me the line well we buy blind. If she bought blind why contact me saying it’s home goods!? Then bought a lot of 23 posters one was opened and had no poster in it. The seal was completely off the tube so wasn’t see it was opened. So they were not checked. When I told her about it she made it seem like it was my fault and said she works on a as is basis. Yet they were offered as checked quality and shipped. It’s not as if I had a chance to go through them. She said because I’m a good customer she will credit the £1 to my account. Too many other places sell pallets at the same price if not lower, offer delivery at half her prices and they give you an inventory lists. Won’t bother with this place again. She’s probably made more money off me than any other client this year and no apologies just excuses.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with our services. First of all, we have no control over the sizing of clothes and can only advertise them as they are marked. Regarding the other issues I have had a look at your account and can see that the pallet of homeware items you bought was clear listed as Grade E meaning the items were unchecked and with no inventory, you were sent images of the pallet and came to collect in person so was fully aware of what you where buying. Regarding the posters, they were checked prior to dispatch and all were sealed and brand new, only one was opened slightly by ourselves to perform a random spot check, as you provided no evidence that the parcel had been tampered with in transit I could not raise this issue further. You were credited to the exact value of what you paid for the 1 missing poster. We deal with a large number of customers on a weekly basis so cannot always answer messages immediately and responded as soon as we were able.
