Brilliant Galapagos specialists
From our first contact these guys were prompt helpful and very responsive. When ever we had a question it was answered quickly and they could not have been more helpful in the lead up to the trip.
Once we arrived the service by the ground agent was excellent and the actual cruise itself was superb.
We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to book a holiday in Galapagos and will certainly be mentioning their name when ever anyone asks us about our trip.

Superb guides, accomodations, and food
From the moment we left the Quito airport to the time we returned, Galapagos Travel had us covered. The guides were excellent, the hotels and food were superb and everything when without a hitch for the trip of a lifetime to Quito, Banos, and the Galapagos Islands.

Great naturalist guide ( Carlos)and crew members and other people we enjoyed time with from all
Over on small cruise! The only way to see the Galapagos Diana and all of the staff were wonderful esp our guy who was quick to clean up our rooms each day! Just the best and great adventures!

Not worth the cost
I found the experience less exciting than what I expected and paid for. Excursions were repetitive (how many times you need to see blue footed boobies?). The trip to Genovesa was too long and practically useless. I suggest it be eliminated from the itinerary. And by the way, the food was sort of average, not worthy of a super deluxe cruise. I would not recommend this cruise.

Excellent experience
Everything was smooth and well organized. The guides (Charlie and Juanito) knew everything, even when asked about very detailed specifics! Also, the ship Infinity ran a smooth operation under supervision of chief of staff Edison. We had a minor health issue and everybody made the extra mile to help us resolve our situation. The food was great, the cabins were clean, the ship was nice, and of course, the islands are a true wonder that needs to be seen once in a lifetime.

A must do trip
Everything from beginning tto end was well organized, well articulated and it followed through as expeted. This mini cruise ship is a perfect way to travel.. The guides and staff were excellent and knowledgeable.

What an unbelievable experience
What an unbelievable experience. The logistics were choreographed perfectly. Fatima our travel advisor coordinated everything. Infinity was a great yacht and the cabin was everything we expected. The crew and guides went overboard to accommodate us. Then there was the Galapagos experience which was unbelievable. The hikes and the snorkeling experiences were amazing.

Great customer service
Great customer service, quick response to numerous questions about destinations, and a really personalized experience while traveling. We visited Ecuador and spent amazing time in Quito on adventures outside the City, and then staying on a luxury ship in Galapagos Islands which was a true bucket list location for us.

Excellent 5* experience throughout !
Excellent 5* experience throughout from initial booking process ( lots of questions from us, all answered promptly , easy accurate payment/billing etc) , to the excellent itinerary 8A which gave us much variety of wild life, activities and landscapes, boat ( Natural Paradise) , the onboard experience ( food, service, comfort) & finally our guide ( Alejandra)
For us, the duration was perfect , covering the diversity of Galápagos. The activities were awesome too - snorkeling with hammerhead sharks was one highlight)
