Really good value, great reliability, amazing customer support. Never had any issues, I've been using them for about 4 years now. It's very cheap, some providers may be marginally cheaper, but galaxygate are very reliable and trustworthy so I'm very happy staying with them.

I have used GalaxyGate for 4 years, they never have disappointed me.

They're affordable, provide 4 Tbps DDoS protection for a few bucks, and are extremely reliable. I don't think I've personally experienced downtime once.

Their customer service is also very good. I've only chatted with them a few times, but every time they have been polite, understanding, and professional.

In general, galaxy gate looks like your average vps provider, but from personal experience i'd say that they do things better than most.

Their pricing, performance, and value is relative good compared to other options, and you won't find anything to complain about. If anything, you may be a bit of a nitpick when it comes to the lower storage options compared to others, but upgrading that is pretty cost effective and easy.

Their support is also pretty quick & reliable.

The overall experience is solid, with nothing to make you think twice about purchasing.

I've been using Galaxygate since May 2020; it's now late 2023. Over this time a few issues have come up each time they were resolved quickly and with almost no downtime.
On March 23rd 2021 I had an issue with a VPS on Galaxygate. I asked for help at 11:43am I had a response within 60 seconds, and it turns out a drive failed on the server I was using(thankfully they have redundancy). A drive failure can happen on any host. The remarkable thing was a 60 second response on a pretty major issue.
They looked into the issue, diagnosed it in less than 30 minutes, and had a technician being sent in.

They also moved the VPS off the server right then and there and put it on a fully working one.

Within an hour and a half they diagnosed the issue, had a tech on site working on the hardware failure, moved me off the server, helped me diagnose a software issue, and had me up and running again.

6.5/5, I think this is the host you want to start with. Cheap price, good redundancy, great communication and support. You can find cheaper, but not cheaper while being high quality in every other metric that matters.

Great VPS host.

GalaxyGate is a great VPS hosting platform, they have easily-accessible and cheap prices. You can get a 1GB server with around 15GB of SSD storage for 3$ a month.. it's definitely better than DigitalOcean.

However, they do have a little bit confusing panel management, but you'll get used to it.

Worth every penny.

Circe Aurora in the discord server helped me resolve a pretty extensive issue through DMS which lasted almost 2 hours. He 100% deserves a promotion if theres any to give or atleast a raise if hes paid. Mans a hero.

Great customer support, always available to help with ssh connection or similar, their incidence response is great, always informing in case of outages, unplanned or planned tho this happens rarely. Overall a great service, ive used them well over a year and recommended it to plenty of fokes.

Always get great customer support from these guys via Discord, they accommodated very personalized requests, and for the most part they provide awesome service.

Great host and has cheap plans which appeal to people on a budget. Support is also 100% human and American and actually have power and are technically educated unlike other services which allows them to easily assist in any query. I had a server disabled by them due to reports of my server being compromised and they were very understanding and let me recover my files before reinstalling my compromised server. Would recommend to anyone. Only complaint is that they only have servers in the US.

Used this service for 2 years now. Great host in the 2 years I've only suffered about an hour of downtime.

i've had 0 downtime! even when they did maintenance, none of my servers restarted! its amazing and i love GG so much

oh i also wanted to mention, the community went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions!!

i remember using a library that not many people use and it required systemd and the entire process took like an hour or two with people helping me lol

the community is just amazing in general and they also helped me setup my webserver

GalaxyGate is a very good hosting service that has everything you need. They are very transparent about things that are happening. They even gave a notice of maintenance a whole 2 weeks before they did the maintenance. They have great staff too, great support from all of the staff, especially Dragon. All of the staff in the discord know their stuff and can help with pretty much anything you need. Even Foh does a good job in the background <3.

Service has always been reliable and fast, same with customer service. One of the best hosts I've used.

I've been hosting my Christian Minecraft server and have had zero issues with uptime or lag. Also the owner is pretty cute.
