Really happy with the quality of this laptop, bought this for my daughter, she tells me it works perfectly. Must say, very quick turnaround from purchase to delivery and very safely packaged - great job guys - thank you.

Great value for money and delivered my item in great time

System was as described and delivered intact and on time

I had an issue with a the screen

I dropped them an email and received a call back a day or so later
they tried to solve my issue over the phone without any joy so they sent me a replacement that arrived to my door in northern ireland within 24 hours of speaking to them

Great overall service

Although the pc was delivered quickly, it had not been refurbished to a good standard. The monitor has a large crack and hole running through the top edge and Game-zone.co.uk have not responded to any of my polite emails nor can I get hold of them via telephone. I would not recommend using this company.

Very quick delivery via DPD with tracking. Customer services very helpful. Computer sent was very good, they even threw in free speakers. Trustworthy.

I had the PC tested at a local repair shop
2nd gen processor
10 year old hard drive
10 year old graphics card
It says HDMI connection but they provide a dongle that convert another port to HDMI.
It says WIFI connectivity but it’s a dongle supplied.
Build quality was poor with wires sticking out of a USB port on the back of the machine.
Don’t get me wrong it looked the part but when you scratched the surface it was a complete disaster.
The only positive was I got my money back via PayPal the same day of complaint.
Won’t do it again lesson learned.

Fast delivery. Product works wonderfully got everything included

Started off brilliantly, quick delivery, dealt with problem I had with first system promptly and sent a replacement.
Then the problems started; replacement system had identical issue as the first system, since contacting them regarding the matter they have ignored me entirely.
I would avoid them like the plague alongside celebriumtech.com who appear to have the same director (Verified by Companies House) selling substandard systems. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I can report a claim to obtain my money back.

I am very satisfied. Very fast delivery.
