Excellent when playing all in the same room.
Would love to see this being able to play remotely as our family are not in the same country so playing together would be a fantastic addition

Paid £8.99 for Catchphrase each game…
Paid £8.99 for Catchphrase each game was over in 5 minutes. Really disappointing. I assumed it would be like the real game show with all the same rounds and that it would last at least an hour! Not value for money

Christmas gift
I bought these games to play on Christmas Day with the family. It was an absolute blast! Lots and lots of laughing and great family time. I loved that everyone could have a go and it was so much fun!!

Games are fantastic, the family love playing them all together.
the support is even better.
I had an issue where I bought a game on the wrong account & could not find my original one.
Viktoriia on your support team got me up & running in minutes, on Boxing Day! I sent the email not expecting anything till after the holidays.
You don’t get support like that nowadays.

Absolutely fantastic family fun
Absolutely fantastic family fun! Great selection of games and easy to get setup on the big screen with a smart TV. I have a good collection of games now with about 10 games and the family love them it makes a great games night!
Looking forward to some new additions i would like to see Family Fortunes, The Chase and limitless win would be great.

Great family/friends games
Great family/friends games, no more boards/cards etc., just big screen with Web browser (TV, laptop) and smartphone in each player hand.
We just wish there is option to change language as not everyone speak english in our house.

After seeing all the ads we decided to…
After seeing all the ads we decided to download it for Xmas eve. This review is based upon the catchphrase game. U get 3 rounds of 4 questions which is over in less than 5 minutes even with several players. Yes every game has new questions but for a family game to end so quickly people get bored. Wouldn’t recommend this game

Just to clarify, the catchphrase game includes over 400 catchphrases, and each game features new questions every time you play.
While the current format is designed to be quick and fast-paced, we know that some groups prefer longer game sessions, especially when playing with family or larger groups.
We’re taking this feedback on board and will be using it to help shape new versions in the New Year, including options where players can choose the game length themselves.

Game city is such fun. We have been playing it as a family for 2 years now. The whole family love it. It’s especially great to play at Christmas time with extended family. Highly recommended

False Advertising
Bought Catchphrase today after watching the trailers as it looked perfect for a family christmas get together. The game itself only lasted 5 mins at the most with two of us playing, didnt look or feel anything like the tv show, and was generally disappointing. Its put us off trying 1% Club which was our next option as we felt the trailers don't depict actual game play!
Just adding this as Matt from Game City was super quick to reply and offered a refund. So customer service is A1. Thanks Matt.

Thanks for leaving a review - I'm sorry to hear that your experience was not as you'd expected. Catchphrase can be quite a quick game given that the bonus arounds are cut down to 4 squares, but that's intended as we'd rather customers get more unique games out of our question set (hundreds of Catchphrases!). The more you play the harder they get, so typically games do last longer the more you play.

So much fun

We really laughed our backsides off at the game where you run around a maze blowing each other up. We will absolutely be buying some other games and continuing to play after Christmas as it’s a perfect way to have some family time!

This is a brilliant little idea!
This is a brilliant little idea.
We have a large family with a lot of gamer types across all age ranges and most consoles allow for 4 controllers forcing us to share in teams. This hits different. So many of the games are set up for as many players as you like, everyone with a mobile device can join so easily and play some fantastic and really fun games. We love catchphrase the most!
The games aren’t repetitive and are well made with good graphics, clear instructions and SO MUCH FUN. I’ve had a brief chat with the team when I sent a game suggestion in and they all seem so friendly and were quick to respond so I am confident that should anyone experience a problem, they’d solve it, but truth be told I’ve yet to find a problem!
Really looking forward to the extended family all gathering Boxing Day to play together now.

The idea is brilliant and the games…
The idea is brilliant and the games could be amazing with some tweaks. Such as catchphrase, older members of the family really loved it but were disappointed when they couldn't type the answers properly. They'd love to be able to speak the answer. And deal or no deal, we couldn't figure out how to play with more than one person. Hopefully things will improve with updates?
