I recently purchased a console and had a positive experience overall. The team kept me informed throughout the shipping process and notified me promptly when the package was handed over to the local carrier. I also appreciated that they mentioned they were closely monitoring the delivery, which gave me added reassurance.

Customer support was responsive (thou it will take 3-4 days to response), polite, and professional in their communication. It’s clear they value keeping customers updated and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Addition to that they offer Me a complimentary gift for the delayed shipment and I totally understand the situation.

Overall, I’m satisfied with both the product and the service provided. Kudos

Very disappointing experience




I purchased a handheld retro console as a Christmas present. The company advertised and implied it would arrive in time for Christmas, but it turned up well after Christmas Day, which was extremely disappointing.

Communication at the time was inconsistent and felt quite random, although they did eventually respond regarding the delivery delay.

Unfortunately, after only 6–8 weeks of normal use, the console has developed a fault and no longer works properly. I have contacted the company to try to resolve the issue, but I have received no response.

I understand that products can sometimes fail, but a device breaking after such a short period is not acceptable. The lack of after-sales support has been the most frustrating part of this experience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Liars and thieves.

Summary: They told me 2-8 business days... it took a month before the shipper hand it in hand, then when the shipper lost the package they haven't refunded me despite paying for shipping protection.

They may have once been a legitimist company but at this point, I'm calling scam.
They sold me a set of consoles and told me 2-8 business days low and behold their starting Shipping from Hong Kong. I'm in the central USA there is no way they can effectively ship the package in 2-8 business days without some rapid air fair.
I don't mind waiting longer for my package but don't piss on me and call it rain. I started emailing customer support after 10 business days for status updates can got told it was on its way and would be there in 4 days. I waited until 6 days after as a curtsey before asking for another update 3 days later I got another email saying the package was 2 days out. I contact the shipper they listed directly and they inform me they don't have the package yet before Gamelab hasn't given it to them!
4 days after that I'm now just angry that they have lied to me 3 times about shipping windows. and my emails reflect that as I start requesting plans for correcting this problem.
Finally, the shipper gets the package and they LOSE the package, so despite paying for shipping protection, despite contacting customer support 4 times at this point I STILL DON'T HAVE IT!!!!!

We have now gone from my order in mid November to the Beginning of January and my only hope is that by posting some reviews they might finally take responsibility for their truly terrible business practices and refund my money.

3 weeks and still no order recieved

3 weeks and still no order recieved. Contacted Gamelab, responded once and have disappeared since.

**UPDATE**
My order was eventually delivered, and my nephews absolutely love the console, but sadly it arrived after the date I needed it for. If you order from here, ensure you order well in advance.
