Pague el OP para ganar unos USD y comprar un juego que es muy caro en mi pais(Argentina), ya que con el tipo de cambio se hace casi incomprable. Jugaba Aram y Ranked Solo Q y en la mayoría no llegaba a ganar nada ya que jugaban muy bien. Probé con TFT con una guía de OPGG y me iba bastante bien, con la build que usaba ya la tenia clara y empecé a ganar bastantes torneos con esa build, a las 3 semanas de comprar el OP ya tenia aproximadamente 75 USD. Cabe aclarar que juego con esa cuenta desde la season 3, prácticamente 10 años tiene esa cuenta. Cuando voy a retirar, a los 3 o 4 dias me llega un email de suspensión indefinida de la cuenta por "Smurfing,Elo sitting/Rank Manipulation,Rank Violation"(Ni siquiera sabia que habia reglas, ya que nunca te hacen verlas cuando te registras). Obviamente "Smurfing y Elo sitting" es incorrecto, ya que como dije, mi cuenta tiene prácticamente 10 años. "Rank Manipulation y Rank Violation" lo considero correcto, ya que aunque no lo hice intencionalmente, yo me ponía a probar build en TFT ranked y no me importaba si perdía cuando no jugaba torneos, sino usaba siempre la misma build, ya que pensaba que no tenia conocimiento de esas reglas. Según admins de Discord de Gamercraft antes de un ban te llega una advertencia(Nunca llego), ya que si por lo menos me hubiera llega una advertencia, habría dejado de probar builds en ranked y no hubiera parecido que estaba manipulando mi rango. Muy raro que no te hagan leer cada regla antes de registrarte, que no te manden siquiera una advertencia por si el usuario no tiene conocimiento de las reglas y justo me hayan baneado cuando quería retirar el dinero que había ganado. Ya pasaron aproximadamente 14 días de que hice la apelación al ban y no responden, cuando supuestamente no tarde mas de 10 días, por lo menos estaría bueno que confirmen si por lo menos van a desbanearme o no.
Con el OP supuestamente retirar dinero tarda 1 día hábil, a los 4 días no me pagaron y además me cayo el ban, sin hablar de que a varios con OP no les llegaba el pago hace semanas.
Cuando te llega el aviso de suspensión al email, te dan un link para apelar el ban, el cual no funciona, por suerte ya tenia el link que me había pasado a otro usuario que había conseguido por Discord, sino ni siquiera hubiera podido apelar, al cual banearon hace 3 días sin siquiera decirle la razón.
Me pareció un pésimo servicio, pronto hare un video en Youtube explicando todo, ya que me deje varias cosas para no escribir tanto.

I'm WesWeiss. On Aug 10th, 2023, I got an e-mail from Gamercraft telling me my account had been banned.
They justify it accusing me of smurfing.
Smurfing is when a high elo player creates new accounts to rise their elo and make profit or just cheat the matchmaking game system.
What Gamercraft didn't see while investigating (or their algorithm is not efficient enough for that) is that I have been using the same account since season 7 of League of Legends (over 6 years now), and my scores have been consistent (unfortunately) since then. Never have I ever used any kind of cheating method, or tried to manipulate my results, but somehow, Gamercraft believes that what has been the same for more than 6 years is now intentional...
I have been playing their tournaments for a few months, have spent real money on them, including a subscription, and won some. But now, for some weird reason, they won't let me play anymore, nor answer the ticket I've sent them about it (46237)
Now, it's been a month since my banning and I don't have an answer. none of my emails or tickets were responded, nor has Gamercraft given me any attention.

for which I came to have the same problem as many players being stuck in bronze, when investigating what was happening I realized that it has not only happened to me, there were also other people who had this problem, they added a new ban system that is recently new for which it requires some adjustments, I sent a message to the Mail Support so that they will take my case and that I have to wait an approximation of 10 days so that they can answer me but unfortunately I did not receive any email and today September 4, my account is still banned and the money I Earn i still didnt get it.

Gamercraft é a melhor empresa atualmente que te motiva a melhorar nos jogos e ainda ser pago para isso. A equipe de suporte e de atendimento para os jogadores está excelente e a plataforma está de parabens, sempre melhorando e atualizando novos torneios!!

Comecei na gamercraft há mais ou menos 1 ano e 7 meses. Sempre achei incrível a forma como a plataforma funcionava, mas antes as coisas eram complicadas no quesito saque e tudo mais. Mas por perceber que eles sempre tentavam trazer atualizações e melhorias para a plataforma, mantive minha conta ativa jogando torneios quase que diariamente. Hoje com a assinatura OP, os novos campeonatos, torneios flash, etc a gamercraft se tornou uma plataforma incrível pra quem gosta de dar um pouco mais de emoção nas partidas e jogar valendo uma graninha.

Parabéns a toda equipe da GC por tentar manter a plataforma da melhor maneira possível utilizando uma equipe pequena.

Cara, sério, a Gamercraft é incrível! Tipo, os torneios são top demais, e a galera lá se empenha demais em manter tudo justo e competitivo. A comunidade é bem massa também, sempre trocando ideia e comemorando junto. Na boa, essa plataforma merece mais que 10/10, é sensacional! 🎮🏆🌟👍👌

No existe una mejor página con tantos beneficios como lo es Gamercraft. Sinceramente se merece más apoyo y/o más usuarios de los que tiene.
Llevo usando la página desde diciembre de 2022 y puedo confirmar que nunca han fallado con un pago.

Plataforma anda me ajudando bastante, literalmente salvou meu 2023, suporte bom, torneios dinâmicos e em diversos horários, flexibiliza bastante para pessoas que não podem jogar em X horário. Recomendo muito quem tiver a oportunidade de começar a participar

UPDATE 2 (response to Gamercraft): But that was my younger brother! I let him play on my computer since his is from the stone age and I had 14 days in game ban so I couldn't play anyway. We switched notebooks so he could play and I wrote my bachleor's thesis on his (it was a great opportunity for me to actually do it). I told him exactly what to play in order to win the tournaments (Soraka with tear build) and even paid his entrance fees! His date of birth and everything is different so I wouldn't even be able to withdraw the money. This is just bull*hit. Once there are more than 1 people playing on the same PC it's cheating? Like not everyone is that rich to have multiple gaming PCs at home. Also you banned him after like 8 days for smurfing and took all the money anyway! He almost killed me for the wasted time cause it's really not fun to play one champ and tryhard 24/7. Anyway then you let me play and waste my money and time for another 3 months! And now you ban me... I'm in a debt now cause I treated Gamercraft like a full time job.

UPDATE: I got banned for no reason, they didn't even sent me a reason why I got banned. It's a scam, you give them enough money, they pay you a small portion of your prizes and then you get banned so they don't have to pay you.

Finally managed to use my 10000+ hours spent on League of Legends. However my money are held for a really long time. My account is supposed to be under investigation against cheating? I am kinda scared because I see people here getting banned for no reason and my brother was banned too (he played on the same account since 2019 and definitely didn't cheat). I even paid for him over 100 $ so he could start earning money and he didn't get anything back. I am wondering if it isn't scam - you spend enough money and they ban you for whatever reason so you can't get anything back. I spent over 600$ and so much time on my account so if I get banned for no reason I am absolutely done. It's been a month now, an operator contacted me and told me I should get my money yesterday or the day before yesterday but nothing happend. Sempre joguei dentro das normas da plataforma (Gamercraft) e do LoL. Minha conta foi banida dia 22 de julho de 2023 com alegação de smurfing. Ela (a conta) existe há 6 anos, foi criada em 2017 e desde aquele tempo eu jogo lol rotineiramente. Nunca fui banido no lol, sempre joguei dentro do permitido e alcancei os pontos que alcancei: viver entre o prata 4 e gold 1. Essa sempre é minha faixa de elo dentro de todo o período que joguei ranqueado, e jogo nessa conta há 6 anos. Tento entrar em contato com a plataforma para resolver o problema do banimento injusto, mas o suporte não retorna, o grupo do discord me baniu ao tentar contato e não respondem nas redes sociais também. Peço ajuda, eu gastei muitas horas e dinheiro na Gamercraft e ganhei um bom dinheiro, e sem justificativa perdi tudo. Eu não sou smurf, ninguém jogou nessa minha conta fora eu, e peço ajuda da Gamercraft para que resolvamos isso. Não mereci esse banimento. Sou um jogador frequente que gostou muito da iniciativa de vocês. Recomendei vocês para diversos amigos que também jogaram, sempre falei bem e incentivei a participarem. O suporte de vocês não responde e vocês não são acessíveis por outros meios, é algo necessário a melhorar.
