They backordered my items without telling me, didn't reach out for any communication during the 18 months of backordering, when I finally asked them to cancel one of the orders they asked if I would accept store credit. I agreed and placed an order, and then received multiple fake aus post tracking numbers. Eventually the order came with incorrect items. I offered to just keep what was sent, and pay for the missing items, and again got fake tracking number after fake tracking number for 3 months before asking for a refund on the extra money I'd paid.

When I went to cancel the other backorder, I all I got was delays and "I'm just following this up". Still no refund.

Gamerholic is a perfect example of why not everyone is cut out to run a business.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I've had other than the notorious Rivers.

Just look elsewhere if you're looking for gaming products. Its not worth the hassle.

Ordered some games that were in stock on the 27th Dec 23 which a tracking number was generated for that didn't exist in aus post system. Have them some time due to time of the year and after emailing them again they finally updated the tracking number on the 9th Jan but then nothing arrived by due date. Everytime I email them I get a generic reply your orders on the way but no updates have been scanned for the tracking number they provided.
Terrible company who is as dodgy as people say. Should have listened to the reviews. Commencing refund process through Pay pal now so see how long that takes.
Stay away from them and order from more reputable online companies.

Do not order from Gamerholic. I made the mistake of ordering from them via DealsDirect & couldn't be more disappointed. it's been 3 weeks and still no sign of the packages, which were supposed to be Christmas presents.
I requested a cancellation on 27/12 because Christmas had passed & the items still hadn't been shipped (despite Gamerholic lying that they had been on 13/12).
Have finally had contact back from them today (4/01) saying too bad they can't cancel as the items were shipped on 28/12 - AFTER my cancellation request.

Everything else through DealsDirect arrived before Xmas.

Just don't risk it, the prices are a scam, I wouldn't be surprised if the whole enterprise is a scam based on everything else I've read online.

Ordered two products- a puzzle and puzzle mat through gamerholic on the catch site I waited 10 days for tracking and when I reached out they told me they were experiencing posting issues except the rest of my catch order had arrived. When I msged them they gave me excuses and I asked for a refund cause the order was a Christmas gift and told me to wait a further 3-4 business days but it would definitely not arrive before Christmas, I requested a refund again and they stopped communicating all together with me… now ive msged again for a refund and still nothing! Don’t order through gamerholic or any other middle company who advertises for them… there horrible to deal with and completely unprofessional!

Preordered a pokemon TCG product. This was not shipped despite weeks of chasing them up. The customer service is non-existent automated replies which get you nowhere. Ended up filing a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Utter joke of a company.

Waiting months for any order or communication after they had the nerve to charge me 60 dollars for shopping. Bounced around with auspost and the support store with no luck. Currently at a point of writing to the Commerce Commissions to see if that gives traction. Worse experience I've had buying things online in years.

Do not use. Otherwise purchase at own risk.

Recently purchased just under $1k worth of goods. Took two weeks to get tracking numbers which never worked. On the third week threatened to report them to higher authorities & get my bank involved (paid with visa buyer protection). Don't even think about paying these guys without any protection such as paypal or visa/ mastercard.

I just wish I read everyone else's experience before placing my order to avoid the stress & frustrations. Sounds like this is common practice for this guy. I say this guy because I am almost confident it's a one man show. His contact hours are 6-10pm during the week (after normal work) & 2-6pm on Saturday. The customer service defers to "management" alot but I'm sure it's a bunch of BS like the rest of their shady practices.

What an absolutely abysmal company to deal with. Unfortunately I trusted catch.com.au with a purchase and they farmed it out to these fraudulent pirates.

Read the other reviews, and you will see the same sad story repeated. Fake connote numbers, zero replies, zero accountability. Stealing money from the public what a tragic life the company directors must live.

Avoid. Avoid catch also, who do not provide tools to appropriately deal with this.

Extremely disappointing experience with Gamerholic in Australia.

I have made a sizeable purchase that involves 3 parties, AfterPay, NZ Sale and Gamerholic in Australia. I am writing 3 seperate reviews as they are all part of my experience.

I purchased 8 items from NZ Sale that incurs a shipping charge per item, I paid for them via After-pay and Gamerholic ships it.

Sadly this experience with their customer service has put a sour taste in my mouth and left me feeling a bit disrespected.

Only 6 out if 8 items were shipped due to a change I made and a change they made because it was out of stock.

They arranged a credit for the 2 items that I am still yet to receive, however they have refused to refund the freight portion and so have NZ Sale.

I can’t understand why they don’t just refund my shipping, they have essentially charged shipping on two items they have not been sent. I have even been back on the NZ Sale site, added just 6 items and the shipping is less, if I add another 2 the shipping goes up.

I am frustrated and annoyed at this whole experience and have told them so in several emails, to sum it up they just to care!

They get 1 Star just like NZ Sale.

They promise fast delivery times, and then modify the expectation after taking your money.

They use Aramex as courier, with no other options. For clarity, I needed to buy a replacement a week after I ordered from Gamerholic, and it arrived before the Gamerholic package did.

Also, someone mailed me something using standard Auspost postage a day after I ordered from Gamerholic, and it arrived beforehand. Not worth the $10 postage I spent.

Gamerholic's business model is advertising that they have products for sale at lower prices than the market, taking your money, then stringing you along with delays and hoping you give up. They gave me a fake tracking number, then when i asked why it didnt work they admitted the order hadnt actually been sent. Do not give them your business, they are wholly a fraudulent company.

I ordered a new miniature for my dungeons and dragons campaign, specifically one of the pre painted ones as I don’t have the time to paint these things.

Seeing as though shipping cost me $10, I thought I would be getting my money’s worth by getting it delivered quickly.

Although given “tracking” info, there was no sign of the package being sent out.

Once it had been arrived, that being today, I was frustrated by the lack of quality the company puts into caring for their packaging! I open it up to see that the whole item had been torn up and the miniature broken into many pieces.

Do not buy from here!! Their low prices may seem like a bargain, but don’t fall into the trap of buying from this company.

I do not recommend this company to anyone whatsoever!!
