Got screwed over and a return
Returned a purchase of $250 that I never even opened and got refunded 20 dollars, took weeks for the refund and didn't even get the money it said I was gonna get back and horrible at responding to emails. Do not recommend!

We have documentation that only one out of 10 items was returned, which is why only a portion of your refund was issued. Nevertheless, we made a request for additional information from the logistics department to double check the documentation and ensure no error was made. In particular, we have the weight of every package that comes in before it is opened and will cross reference that with the documentation that was generated at the time the return was originally processed. If all 10 items were returned, the weight of the package will reflect that. We will follow up via email with you with the outcome.

great shop with fast shipping
shipped on the same day of purchase and came very fast with relatively cheap shipping. i also needed a specific cable that wasn’t listed on the website but i emailed them and they had it and sent me it so that was great. i also think it’s great how they sell all the specific lian li proprietary cables because the only other option for me was buying a whole nother $30 fan

I was spectacle at first i was looking for lian li sl inf fans and first product that popped up was this website gamertech.shop the price was the cheapest out of newegg amazon and other stores i thought it was too good to be true but after looking at reviews they seemed legit so i bought 7 bundle and saved a lot it came after 2 days and there legit would shop here again in the future

They charged me twice for the shipping fees
I've received the order, and surprisingly UPS charged me another shipping fees. When I tried to contact gamertech, they told me that this is a UPS tax . I tried to explain that it was not a tax but a shipping fees, but they didn't reply to me anymore, even after three reply.
After reviewing my feedback, they told me that it was my fault, and I was supposed to choose another way of delivery to avoid this kind of charges. I didn't even got any choice for delivery, that was the only way. Be more serious than that,
Don't trust this site at all
If you were not aware of this charge, why you didn't reply to my emails, I've sent you three time but didn't get any response, I'm not speaking without proof, I have all emails that I sent you without response.

Hello. This was an international shipment and you were charged "import charges," not shipping fees, by UPS. We have no control over import charges charged by customs brokers. We offer shipping options that prevent these fees but you did not choose that service, unfortunately.
Update: It is unfortunate you were charged brokerage fees that you were not aware of but we did not charge you twice for shipping. We don’t have the ability to collect brokerage or other customs fees through UPS. We have shipped many times to Canada and never have had anyone complain to us about brokerage or other fees charged.

Legit website
I, like many others had a feeling it may have been a fake website just by the looks of it. But I checked the reviews and many said they did deliver correct and genuine products. I did receive my order of 6 Lian Li uni sl 120 reverse blade fans no problem. Shipping was sent out promptly too. Would definitely buy from them again

I wish I went with GamerTech for more...
Truthfully, I had never heard of this website before. For tech purchases, I tend to avoid websites I'm not familiar with and based out of the country. But after looking up reviews, decided to give them a shot on a hard to find product that was both in stock and ~10% cheaper than what I was able to find elsewhere.
Figured that if it showed up on time and as described? Fantastic. If not, or not at all? It wasn't a significant amount of money and, although would have been extremely frustrating, lesson learned/confirmed.
I put in the order on a Friday...and received the item 3 days later on Monday. The product was as-described, well packaged, and in a non-descript box (which is great).
Now here I am with one of the dozen items I need to build my system waiting for the other 'bigger' sites to come through.
They beat Newegg, shipped and sold products by NewEgg. They beat Amazon, shipped and sold by Amazon with Prime. One of my Amazon orders is currently sitting in limbo saying it was shipped but cancelled so we'll see.
Long story short? I wish I purchased more from GamerTech at the time. They don't have a huge inventory, but the prices are good and the turnaround time is amazing.
If they have something you're looking for...give them a shot. You won't be sorry.
I will be keeping an eye on this site for purchases in the future.
