Dear Tahmid,

We are very sorry to see you unsatisfied with our service. We will try our best to resolve this issue. But the problem is as we are doing some legit account business and the price was a little higher than others. People have been started to give less attention to renew their subscriptions and which leads to leaving them from our service as they were focusing on some free trial and cracked account solution for a much cheaper rate then us. So when we see there are fewer people in a group less than 4. We disband that group renewal and move all existing members to another active group. Because we cannot pay to Netflix for 3 users only in an account to keep alive as it will cause financial loss from us. But we have recently reduced the price to300Tk and hopefully, more people will be interested in the shared package. We will also append this in terms section so people know about it before ordering.

Also, we are bringing private account full ID for some user who loves to have own account. Which will be listed on our website later this week at an affordable rate!

Hopefully, you will understand the issue and will reconsider the rating.

According to your Reference Number / Order Number:
Netflix users are given 48hrs of time to make payment. Starts from 9th and ends at 10th. A system order email gets sent to the user on 9th and user can make payments from that email links. Just make sure you have an active mobile number and email address for receiving notification alert. But yes, don't forget to add payment verification number after payment if paid from mobile payment method. If a user fails to use any mobile funding source then they can top up their account earliest period and just simply make the renewal payment from balance. We have already left several options. Soon we will create explainer video tut for nontechie customers for how to order and renew successfully their orders.

Hi, We already informed all our users in January, we will be replacing all old users email with our new format email address and updated access can be received from my account page. It is not solely our business fault if the user fails to understand the announcement. What we suggest you is, using the active mobile number and email address for receiving any further notifications and if you fail to access then first always go back to your games dokan account page to try back the account access that has been assigned for your group.

The original message has been sent to the user on Facebook:

" Netflix Shared Users of Group #12 has been replaced with #10 with new email address matching with group # as explained in previous month notice. And 1-day waiting refund has been credited back to your Games Dokan wallet. Please collect your new access from my account page. "

Dear Istiaque,

We request all our users to read Important text marked as red within all subscription products. It is not hard to notice them. We have clearly stated that "product that you have purchased is unofficial and obtained from the third party, we do not provide any guarantee of the account if you lose access to your Netflix. We do not suggest purchasing it either". If you want better support then buy the official version which is a different product type. As for your failure to understand our Important notes and leaving a negative review is not our fault. Because we deliver what users do order.

Dear Shipon,

Thank you for using our services.

I think there some misunderstanding. Let me explain you the issue. We provide 3 types of Netflix service. Before you had been using our service of Shared Netflix 350Tk. Which we still do provide at the same rate and you are still using the shared netflix at the price of 350Tk. Package that you are mentioning you purchased but not did which is Netflix Full Account [Unofficial]. Which cost 380Tk per month. We also have another service which is Netflix Full Account [Official] which cost 1800Tk per month. I hope I was able to explain you the problem. We only charge what customers order. We do not increase the price every month. But we officially made changes of price of shared Netflix at this new year January from 300Tk to 350Tk and it won't be increased in this year as long as Netflix itself does not make any changes. I hope that you will understand where the issue is and would reconsider your feedback. :)
