Great support from Gameshort after receiving a defected product
I ordered a camera from GameShort. They delivered it on time and unfortunately the camera was not working as expected so I raised the issue with them and GameShort support was on top of it with the timely responses and helping me with all my requests. I have ordered a replacement camera from them and it's on its way. They also shared images of all the cameras I requested which made ordering it easier. The support was actually very helpful!

Ive bought 7 preowned PS3 games from…
Ive bought 7 preowned PS3 games from here and they have all arrived in decent condition, some are in better condition than others but others but that is to be expected from Preowned games.
I just wish that they had mentioned the condition of the games in a little bit more details on the website like wether the manual or cover art is missing or not I would've liked that, the good thing is you can ask for photos of the product you would like to buy in order to assess it's condition.
Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase and plan to buy more games in the future.

I wanted a vintage digicam and ordered one. Decade old digicams having high chance of faults, I wasn’t satisfied with the one I received. They accepted the replacement and were cordial and patient throughout the second selection process. The Olympus I have now it’s clean and feels like new. The life of the camera is still uncertain but they did a good job from their end

I received my PS Vita, but I’m disappointed with the condition. It has too many scratches on both the front and back, and I was only given an 8 GB memory card, which is very insufficient for downloading games in 2026. The website also did not mention anywhere that it would come with only 8 GB storage. Most of the pre-installed games were also not good, except for one or two. Overall, the console works fine and delivery was on time, but considering the price, the condition, storage, and games provided were disappointing.

I bought a preowned Dualshock 3 from them. It was delivered but the buttons were not working properly. They refused to replace/refund the despite showing them video evidence of the issue. Extremely bad customer support. Avoid at all costs.

You may remember that you had previously ordered a CD from us. During our pre-dispatch testing, we found an issue with the CD, so we did not send it to you. We also provided you with a refund for that order.
We followed the same testing process with this DualShock 3. We have also reviewed the video you provided, and based on the video, we do not find any issue with the buttons. Therefore, the claim made in the review does not appear to be genuine or consistent with the actual condition of the product.
As there is no confirmed fault with the product, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund based on this claim.
