I never been to this site but I just sitting at my phone and get notification that I have paid 20euros for something there writes for gamicloud. then I write to support they say I have bought subscription but I write them that I haven t bought It, it was automaticly I didin t agreed anything support says that they have sented my email which I confirmed but first email was mines when I saw that I have bought something for 20. they won t assist I wrote them 10times they write the same bullshit I never been to the site and somhow on my account there is subscription but they say I should of geten an email that I accept but they never sented my an email about subscrption

Scammers!

Scammers!

They steal via your credit card, which they never legally obtained.
They claim that they never withdraw money without consent, but they do!!
They refer to a page where they claim that I have given them the information and that I have subscribed, - but I have not!!
They claim that they have sent a confirmation, - but they have not!!
They then suggest that I enter their email address in the search field of my email program, but it only shows the emails that I have sent in protest.
Unfortunately, the many warnings on Trustpilot do not help, because you do not seek them out, so you have no chance of warding off their attack!!

The banks and the police in my country are now on alert, so if you have also been robbed of your money by these deeply criminal individuals, please report it.
They hope that no one does anything about it, since the amount is relatively modest, but what will they steal next??
Block your credit card immediately!!

Fraud

Fraud! They stole my credit card credentials

I’ve been in contact with their customer support and explained I never signed up any subscription nor used their services at all. Despite explaining this they refuse to make a refund of my money.

This is completely unacceptable. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Okay price for daily use

Okay price if you play daily, but I found myself barely using it some weeks and still paying full price.

they're scammers

they're scammers.
i checked my bank account and saw a transaction of 38.95 euros for a subscription i never made.
i clicked on “more details” and saw info about gamicloud iban and all.
so i emailed them right away, but they completely ignored me.
this is the 4th day now and still no reply.
luckily, i contacted my bank and they got my money back.
if you're going through the same thing, contact your bank *ASAP*
