Scam site I ordered a pound of Afghan Kush yes in the pic it's raggy looking but when I got it was caked in mildew and had bud rot disgusting I sent them pictures and there team snuffed me off. Now I buy off there competition which is ganja express.ca way better service and gear

BEWARE! : There are fake sites out there. Happened to be once ordering M.O.M
Today I buy from trusted Ganjaexpress.to and its been excellent service since. Customer service little slower now but they do respond. Shows up 3 days every time with little to no delay. Top grade flower and price is nice. Some sites you over pay for product and more times you find better stuff local for cheap . So this site beats both all ways possible. Thanks you for great service GE. And leave a good review for their services!

Item never arrived, awful customer service. I ordered, completing the order using auto-fill for my details. However, when they processed the order, they did not include the street address, only the apartment number and street name. The package is tracked, and I saw that it was NOT delivered due to the incomplete address. I immediately contacted the vendor and explained what happened. They told me they will NOT receive the return-to-sender, they consider the package LOST (despite it being trackable) and they will not return any further emails about this. I might have been a customer for years, but I will obviously never give them my business again. Waste of money and time. Now all I can do is tell my fellow heads to AVOID this business, and speak ill of them whenever and wherever I can.

Trust the reviews. They’re a scam and will steal your money without shipping you any products and then stop responding to emails. I ordered products that they didn’t have in stock though that was never indicated on their website. They didn’t refund my money and stopped responding to emails.

Time to go after them for legal damages for everyone they’ve been scamming and selling thc products to illegally.

I stopped using BWIB because they shipped an Order 3 1/2 hours AFTER Canada Post went on Strike. Not acceptable, clearly they don't care about their customers. I decided to try Ganja Express and I was impressed with price and Delivery was practically next day. I was so happy. Then, because I share my order with my roommate (we split the cost) I break the order down into 28's. Imagine my surprise when 4, 28's turns out to be 3, 28's and a 20. You are AWARE that the order should be weighed BEFORE it goes into the Ziploc bag, which weights 10 grams right?! Also the product was on the dried out side. The free "Gift" hardly makes up for it. I am going to assume this was an error on the part of whoever packaged this order. I won't be ordering from Ganja Express again.

Site is trash. Customer service is trash. Team is trash. They pick and choose when to send you what you order. If they send you some AA but paid for AAAA “ too bad”. Looks “like” the picture. “Kind regards”. Maybe “here is a 25$ coupon” (but we can still send you trash).

All clowns. A real one (smoker for over 20 years) telling you to RUN from this site. Better off with the legal chemical/pesticide weed sadly. At least you know what you are getting.

Purchased 1 pound of "Valley girl" from this company, advertised at 18-20%. What arrived tested at under 4% thc consistently. Customer service refused to refund or exchange, and admitted their listed thc quantities are a complete sham.

The absolute worst dispensary

If I could rate this zero Stars I would...Do not trust this business! Scam sales who are more than happy to sell you a horrible and possibly dangerous product that is unsmokeable. I ordered a bunch of live resin that had a strong, taste of sulpher When I contacted them , I was told they would not replace my product.. even though the fine print says they carry only the top untainted product. When I brought this to their attention they decided to no longer respond. Very good chance you will receive a product that could be unsmokable. Seems like they're trying to unload a bunch of crappy product one and done. Guess I'm out a few hundred dollars which is a quarter of a paycheck for me since I'm on disability and unable to work.

Do not trust this business, these guys are scammers who are more than happy to sell you a dangerous product that is not fit for consumption. They sold me an entire oz of live resin that had a strong, disgusting taste of sulpher when smoked. When I contacted them to raise my concerns, I was met with 5 word email responses saying they would not replace my product.

Order from these clowns at your own risk, as there is a good chance you will receive a product that could negatively affect your health and loose your money!!
