Made up with my new garden house Lisa 44 all came and arrived on time no problems what so ever the guys who installed did a great job and where very polite and friendly cleaned up all the mess afterwards and took it away. the only option id use for a garden house thanks you :))))

Product is great. Ordered tye Paul 70 and the door issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

AJ and Dave from ProBuild are complete superstars. They installed the cabin with professionalism and good humour. They worked quickly and skilfully. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation. Thanks so much.

Good service from start to Finish, installers built a lovely garden house. Thankyou garden house 24. We get to enjoy this weekend.

I ordered a garden room with them and they were quite helpful while taking the order, payment etc, I specifically requested them to deliver within 5 weeks because I have to fly in from overseas to oversee the installation and then be on my way elsewhere- we figured out a way to do it by leaving out the sliding doors, which were on the critical path… so all good. After the payment went through, I noticed they no longer responded to my queries. Nor do they return my messages. I then get a email saying that the garden room is done and on its way to the UK and that someone will contact me. A week later no one contacts me nor do they reply to my emails and. calls. So now I’m stranded not knowing when the product will be delivered, when to book my ticket, or what to tell my contractor about the assembly of it because gardenroom24 has simply unresponsive to any kind of communication for close to 2 weeks. Have not seen the product yet, but I’m dreading what happens if there will be a problem with any of the parts….

From start to finish what a fantastic job done all round. From on the phone or site at my house the team were fantastic and no question to big or small was left unanswered. The hands on team were very professional in their approach and clean when the day was finished…….hassle free experience with my lovely extra space in the garden. We purchased a garden house specific for golf last year. Between the instructions and YouTube I’ve managed to build it on my own with little assistance. Once built there were a few issues with slight water ingress into the corners and some movement with the boards ( wood does expand / shrink ). Any issues I have had have been dealt with by the company in a quick professional manner. Tom in particular has been excellent and incredibly helpful. He’s has kept in touch and ensured that all issues were resolved.
I’m delighted with the final result and looking forward to using it for some ⛳️.
Happy to provide pictures for anyone interested in the golf shed. Delighted with the finished article.

Lovely design, great quality & easy to follow instructions, although make sure you read the instructions thoroughly before building it, although there is a helpline to call if needed!
The wood is a really good thickness & we have painted it outside now. Looks brilliant & will make a great den for artwork & relaxing!

Good communication, smooth process, until the product was delivered had to chase different avenues to get answers to my questions regarding the build.
Delivery was 10 weeks after purchase.

This company is very keen to sell to you but less keen to follow up on issues.
In March 2022 We ordered a very large summer house/log cabin with wide span (3.6m) sliding doors across the front. Advertised as in stock with 4-6 week delivery but once ordered I was notified it would be 10-12 weeks. Delivery was delayed twice (came from Lithuania) and the summerhouse eventually arrived in July 2022 in modular form. The 2 packs, which were crane lifted off the delivery truck, so it was impossible to check if all the parts were in the delivery due to the size and weight of the packs. When the builders arrived to build the summerhouse it was immediately found that 2 of the floor joists were missing - so we had to source the timber locally in order to start the build. Then various other parts were missing, again they had to be sourced locally.
One of the biggest problem was that quite a few of the structural logs were warped or twisted which made putting the whole thing together very difficult.
Gardenhouse24 were not really interested in the problems we were having. It was very difficult to get hold of them on the phone, you had to email and it then it took DAYS for them to respond.
Another big problem was the side door was warped so it does not close properly at the bottom.
However, the biggest problem of all was the weight of the roof across the 3.6m sliding doors span. There is no additional support across this span so all the roof weight sits solely on 2 and a half logs and as such, it sags in the middle making the sliding doors unusable. The sliding doors and frame are rather flimsy, as are the locks. The builder had to order a steel to be made locally and fit this inside the summerhouse to disperse the weight of the roof off the sliding doors so they would operate. We also had to fit bolt locks top and bottom to make it secure.
Gardenhouse24 offered at the time, to reimburse us for the additional parts we had to buy but I have heard nothing from them since despite contacting them through their own messaging service.
The summerhouse cost a lot of money but it appears that once Gardenhouse24 have your money they are not interested in providing any customer support thereafter.
Nearly a year later and we are still having problems with the summerhouse!
They have a great range of summerhouses on offer and this is why we decided to order with them, but in all honesty, I could not recommend them to a friend.

EDIT: 2/3/24 - so nearly a whole year on and STILL having major problems with the summerhouse and yes Gardenhouse24 have STILL NOT CONTACTED US TO PUT ANYTHING RIGHT.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

EDIT: So since their response on 10.6.24 they have still made ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT to contact me. Wonder how long I have to wait, after all it's only been 2 years now???

EDIT: So they contacted me to say they would send somebody to inspect my summer house ONLY if it removed my review, I said no, not until they visited would I even consider this. They sent someone. However, I could have written this update BEFORE they came as in the email they said it would be because it was built wrong - obviously nothing to do with their shoddy product.
When he came he said everything was wrong - too many screws used to fix it together. Report said "side door is twisted, unclear as to why (perhaps because it arrived warped) however has multiple foam seals installed, potentially hinges not fitted correctly so after being shut causing this to happen". I explained that we put the foam there to fill the huge gap between the door and the frame that you could actually see through. We installed the foam to stop the wind blowing through. Not sure how you install a warped door the right way - only 3 hinges and a lock. Apparently the sliding doors were installed wrong. The report only talks about the locks and how we butchered it to get it to work. The original lock is useless. You could lift the door out with their lock, so yes we drilled the top and bottom of the sliding door to fit bolt locks to make the door secure. No mention that the doors regularly get stuck when we open/close them because the frame above can't take the weight of the roof! Then they said we bought the wrong size steel and installed it incorrectly - a steel that does not even feature in the original construction, that they gave us dimensions to order. 6.2m x 100mm x 8mm was what we were told. Now the report says it should have been 6.2m x 100mm x 76mm. How do you mistake 8mm for 76mm???
BUT THE BEST PART IS THEY OFFERED TO FIX IT FOR US FOR THE TINY SUM OF £4000!

If you do buy from these people I suggest you get them to build it, but even then I doubt they will take responsibility for any issues you encounter afterwards. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Overall I'm very happy with my new gardenhouse. I managed to assembly it all by myself in 2 days.
I had issues with payment system in the website. It took few attempts to pay as I was getting error. Also once full balance was paid on the website was still showing unpaid. Customer service was good and quick to respond.
Package came well protected. Delivery man super professional and even asked where exactly to leave package. Instructions could be much better. Not all elements had stickers on them. Maybe colour coding would be better. Once shed is up I had neighbours asking where did I get such a lovely shed from. Wood is very thick and well cut. Very happy and have a lot satisfaction after assembling it by myself
