Gardenhouse24 Avis

Good service, only problem the men erecting the summer house worked into the night, pitch dark.
As a result the shingles on the the far end all came loose in the first wind, these were replaced but were concerned water had got in.
Seems ok.

This would have been a very positive review, but for the inadequacy of the installation instructions. These need to be revised to provide step by step instructions specific to each summerhouse.

Delivery late, bits missing, no parts check at the factory so customer has to check every piece of wood that aren't labeled up for size etc etc. Flat roof design is not fit for purpose causing me to have a massive puddle and fitting instructions wrong telling me to put the wrong floor in causing an issue with the sliding doors. Build quality of the supplied wood good though.

Great communication and delivered when we were told it would be. Boy's who assembled it were very professional and neat. Overall very satisfied

Excellent summer house, even better in real life than the pictures I saw. The quality is superb and the construction of the summer house went really well.

We got our cabin room finished recently and are very happy with the result. I must say that Catherine was excellent and even though there were issue during installation, Catherine did everything possible to sort them out. The glass on a couple of the windows was broken during delivery but like I said, Catherine sourced a local glass vendor and coordinated resolution of issue. Challenges often arise but its a make of a company how they respond to it and in this case Catherine stepped up. Therefore would highly recommend.

We chose a large flat roofed cabin. The build was not quite as simple as we had hoped and with the roof trim the instructions were a little lacking. We relied heavily on the help on the end of the phone. It all took longer than we had anticipated but we are pleased with the final results.

The staff are so lovely and friendly and Catherine was a pleasure and so helpful
The cabin is amazing it is first class and Brian the fitter was amazing
Excellent job so happy and highly recommend

The garden house itself we absolutely love and would highly recommend. The guys who put it up were brilliant and we have had a lot of use out of it. However the after sales care has left us disappointed as we had a small issue with one of the glass doors and no one ever got back to us.

Our summer house / art studio

It is a beautiful design and went up within a week. We are delighted!

We were very happy with the overall service and support from Gardenhouse24. Catherine was always available and as we had a garden designer in was great to know she was in direct contact with them. The installation went really well with no issues on meeting the agreed timelines.
The product itself is excellent and we would be happy to recommend Gardenhouse24.
Thanks again.

Great advice, honest, helpful information. Great after sales. Great product

Excellent company to deal with and a great product for the price.

Great product. Very knowledgable fitters. Arrived when they said they would

I love my garden house supplied and fitter by Gardenhouse24. No issues with delivery, assembly or building. Insulated and a dream retreat.

Excellent service and product. I bought the Kevin garden room and it's a great product. Catherine in Miltown Malbay is really helpful and knowledgeable, and the three installers Billy, Daniel and Conor were very pleasant and knowledgeable also

The product is beautiful and very well-manufactured, the service was friendly and attentive and the lads who came to put it up were top-notch. Thoroughly delighted all round!

Great service, great office and the guys installing the office myke and Billy where super professional and super knowledgeable.
I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Very happy with the purchase and could not fault any aspect of this and far exceeds my expectations. Much less expensive than other investigated options that were considered.
