I have been chasing my refund for the…
I have been chasing my refund for the past one month, and never got issued. I have called you tons of times; the first time I was told the refund was requested, asking me to wait. Then the 2nd time I was told that refund was failed and requested again, then the 3rd time I called I was told the requested was raised to different teams. Now I called again asked for the reason for the delay, I’m very worried that it has taken a month that the refund hasn’t been processed, is it that you are bankrupting and can not afford to process the refund? If not; what is causing the delay and rejection? Your customer service team is not helpful either, her name is Mia, she is not keen to investigate and help to get to the bottom of the issue.

Nestle owned company...
I didn't do my research so didn't realise Garden of Life was owned by Nestle who I think is a deplorable company. I never would have ordered if I had known.

Never received order. No refund.
Edit: July 21st and still no action has been taken. Terrible service. I ordered a preworkout. Never received it. Only an email without explanation that it was returned to sender. No note in my mailbox or an email with any further explanation. I have sent several emails asking for a explanation over a course of a week.. Zero reply. No refund. Lost almost 40 euros. Very bad service. Wouldn't order from them. Used a different email adres and this is my order number: 589999479

A little annoyed that I signed up for…
A little annoyed that I signed up for 20% off discount. The discount code was accepted and told me £2.34 is 20% off £39.99. A little scammy for a reputable company. Things like this just leave a sour taste in the mouth. I’ve paid for next day delivery and I will certainly pursue if this doesn’t happen. It’s a good product but the website ruins its own reputation.

Your site is deceiving on its pricing. You cannot order 2 items with more quantity to each product to get the so called 25 percent discount. That to me seems to not give me a lot of confidence on your discount structure.

I ordered from the website 3 times and…
I ordered from the website 3 times and every time I didn't receive my order. and every time I was told I should write the format if my address differently. I order from many online shops and it never happened to me!!
Although I was refunded but it wasted my time for months! and at the end I preferred to order my protein and collagen from another online shop which I can trust to actually receive them.
My experience with this website seemed like a not funny joke!
