I have placed an order
I have placed an order. Reviewed the terms and condition for international delivery. Says express delivery 2-3 business days if you order above 100 Pounds. My order was for 253 pounds. I wrote to them that there was no option to select express even thou i ordered above 100 and I requested that they ensure it will be express. Later on i found out its shipped standard and which says up to 14days. There is no tracking information since over 10 days, 14 days past and no delivery. While contacting them they say sorry you need to wait for a month!!! Do not use this company, its a big scam! They are not bothered about what they display on their website and do not adhere to their own terms and conditions. I have tried writing to them on several occations but they do not address my issues, they promise they will investigate and get back to me, but zero reply. I have called them and requested they ensure its express which they promised but nothing. When you call them, they put you on hold, cut the phone and when i ask to speak to manager they connect me but nobody answers. They wont solve any problems, they will take your money without delivering the goods and dont offer any solutions or customer service. They are simply not bothered about finding solutions or resolving your problems. A company to watch out for. They do not follow the laws for distance selling! So upsetting, my order is lost, im not offered a refund and im not offered any solution to my problem other than saying wait for a month which is not acceptable. Order Number: 583019027. I was stupid enough to order once more thinking this time it will go right, last time i waited 2 months for my order and I had to pay for the delivery charges which was supposed to be included. Order Number: 540856314. Watch out for this company!

Supplements are doing me a world of good
order arrived relatively quickly, and i am feeling the benifits of the items i braught so that to me is ny main point of refference and my main reason for leaving a review. My body is sensitive and usually reacts to some food powders but these i have to say are clearly unadulterated because my body is happy so I am happy.

Website is a Scam - Never ships!
After 20 days and multiple follow-ups they cancelled the order. Their customer service told me that payment is not taken out until I shared the bank statement with them. Yet to receive refund after 25 days. Absolutely horrendous experience and obviously a last one with them. Won't recommend buying from their their website specially if you are from Australia. You will never receive your items. UPDATE: They mentioned that they can't locate my account but its a LIE! My order number is 581094122 and account exist with same name as this!
