Filters out poor product reviews on their website!
I left genuine two product reviews on their Taiwan website after purchasing; however, as they are both negative reviews, they never showed up.
Now I understand why all their products have good reviews on their website. Clearly they are filtering honest opinions that are not in the favor to give consumers a false sense of confidence when purchasing. This is such disgusting business practice.
Also, I am still owed credits from when I referred a friend from probably over a year ago. Guess who's not doing that again?

Did not get 25% discount with code…
I was offered 25% discount with code GLNC.
Only £5.80 was deducted which is not 25% of £49.50.
Then I was given no choice of delivery option- the only option was to pay £3.99 for tracked delivery when your website offered free delivery for this amount.

Good products, Awful customer service,
I have ordered protein powders and supplements from Garden of Life for a few years now, but my most recent experience with them has been awful.
My order didn’t arrive (proved by tracking) and they are being no help at all in arranging a replacement or refund. One person will say ‘sure, I’ll sort this for you now, would you like a replacement or refund’ and the following person asks me to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks. Different people tell me different info, but no one is willing to help.
I now have to go via my credit card provided to get a refund. It is extremely frustrating. I’m now looking for a new company to support, which perhaps I should have dont a while ago and stopped supporting Nestle earlier.
Very upset customer.
Update - a couple days after leaving this review, Garden of Life have called me, and emailed, to say they will refund the order. I have placed another order and I hope should I ever need their customer service in the future they will be more helpful in the first instance.

Good product. Misleading marketing.
Really love the product. Had been out of stock and was waiting for it to come in again . Received an email on 2nd May with a code for 20% off. But when I used it , it had expired at the end of April. Annoying , so that’s reflected in my 3 star rating. I still made the purchase though !

can't get items quick enough
Website easy to use. However, lots of products are only 'coming soon' for a long time!
Also, there is no option for faster delivery even for payment!

Customer support does not exist
I wish I had checked the reviews here before placing an order. Their customer care department I'm convinced is just bad AI.
Placed an order with the UK site for an international address. Almost immediately realized that they don't cover duties, so cancelled the order. Later placed a new order to a UK address, edited it at checkout. Received a confirmation email with the correct address. It turns out, their system had saved only the country from my old address and it produced this weird amalgamation that is obviously not a real place. I contacted them, asking them to correct this (only the country was wrong), because the order would just get lost. Unfortunately, they did not even attempt to help, replying with a template. I called DHL, who told me yes, actually, the sender can call them and update the address, it is charged but it is absolutely possible. Went back to them, got some more templates, and their accusations that I had put in my address wrong.
I really didn't know how this had happened, because I was careful with my address, the order is more than 100 pounds. I realized that if you go to edit your address at checkout, there is no Country field at all! So obviously whatever I had entered was correct, the confirmation email was correct, and then from somewhere in the backend, the country was filled in. I think I already told them that 3-4 times and sent them screenshots. I get the same template every day. They don't care that their site is literally misleading, that this could cause other errors in the future. I asked them to forward this to their IT department. Again, they don't care. So I guess I won't be getting my money back (I'll need to see what my bank can do about it), but at the very least, I hope I can warn anyone who thinks about shopping with them. The risk that you may have an issue that you will need their help with is too great and absolutely not worth it. No product is that great to be worth so much trouble. I really hope they at least upgrade their AI to diversify their responses, because there is nothing worse than asking something and getting an absolutely irrelevant response, over and over again. No empathy, no attempt at pretending to care. It's customer service 101? AT least pretend you care, it's an email! No need to fake your tone, even.
