Garden of Life Avis 

I've been buying Garden of Life Vitamin Code for Women. Yesterday, I saw a doctor on YouTube saying that it has been known for a long time that alpha tocopherol was a cancerous agent. Since you use it in this good product I don't understand why. ???

Scammers, stating on web site customs, tax and fees already prepaid, but actually not. Items came to post who wanted to charge tax, customs, and fees which I refused as it was stated on the web site that it is already prepaid, and asked post that items get returned.
After weeks of emailing (terrible English and not understanding the issue) from garden of life, I wrote to post asking location of items; and per my surprise post replied that "The sender had to state on the shipment that if the shipment is not delivered to the addressee, he does not want to return it, but demands its destruction".
Scammers and stealing company. Not that I will never buy from this site, but never again buy any garden of life product. Asked bank for refund as this is typical stealing and also wrote to authorities, so lets hope this doesn't happen to someone else.

No dignity at all...they have the most insulting and nasty commercial ever seen on TV.

The ordered items have never been delivered. I did not receive a refund and there is no information on the website that the "alleged" shipment is to be from the USA to Europe. It’s a scam.

Their Netherlands branch never returned my money nor delivered my product.

I have ordered a product from their Netherlands branch. The product has never arrived, the money was never refunded even after 6 months.. AVOID this company at all costs if you want to save yourself a headache and buy from companies who deliver their promise. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I advised plenty of people to not buy from this company's NL branch due to them not sending the product or not refunding my hard earned money

I think Garden of Life is amazing and I just LOVE Alicia Silverstone who advocates for a vegan and organic lifestyle. I think some of the regular supplements are very low in nutrition amounts, but currently, I am taking the prenatal vitamins and probiotics and I couldn't be happier with the quality this company provides! Make sure to look out on Amazon or Target for cheaper prices, buy in bulk to save money, ask for a discount. This company does truly care!

I didn’t have a good experience with GOL.de
I wanted to order one product, which was a protein powder, but after seeing all their offers and discounts on their website, I decided to choose a 2nd product to which they said I would get 50% discount.
I also was supposed to get 25% discount of my first order which it didn’t work, the 50% discount of the second product, plus one gift of an order over 60€. That’s what they offered.
I chose the second product but what they did was make discount on the cheaper product, not the second one, plus I didn’t receive any gift from them. I only decided to get the second product because of the gift I was supposed to get after paying more than 60€ They simply seduce people with all those offers which aren’t true in the end.
They don’t care about their customers, I thought it’s a fair company but I was wrong.
I also waited a very long time to receive the package.
After sending many messages and getting hardly any feedback, a person named Megan from customer service first told me that the free gift offers on their website were in June and August and not in July when I placed my order. Well that wasn’t true, I made a screenshot of the order where the free gift was applied, it clearly said the gratis gift was included, I attached that to the email and sent it back to her, then she answered me something else saying that I used a discount of 50% of the second product and this means that my order didn’t qualify for a free gift, my screenshot said something else, then she came up with another story that didn’t make any sense whatsoever. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful. I am disappointed that a company like GOL treat their customers this way. Your unprofessional customer service and your procedures of dealing with customers are unacceptable. Needless to say that kind of stress made me never want to buy again.

Good product - good services

I love GOL. Their products are life changing. People talked about how they got bought from nestle and changed. This is not true! If anything, nestle just wanted to jump on the all-natural organic train to make money. But they haven't changed anything. Their products have just gotten into more stores
