A business that truly cares.
This is a business that not only offers exceptional products at a bargain price. In addition they are that rarest of companies, they truly care about their customers. There was an issue with my delivery due to the errors of a 3rd party & they moved heaven and earth to help me. They were attentive, professional and genuinely helpful. Lovely bench, great value and free delivery.
Only downside was, that although we knew it was on its way with a delivery slot, we didn't know how long it had been sitting in my front garden, within that time slot as we were not informed it has been delivered 😀
