Garstore Avis 

Garhome or Garstore the site seems okay but my order never came. No reply from contact us for support and phone is always engaged.
I fear this is a con/scam.
I would advise anyone to stay clear!

This company is a scam I ordered a 10ft framed swimming pool and after a 6week wait received a 6ft blow up pool that I paid 230 for they cut al communication with me as kept telling me I was getting a refund when it didn't come through they stopped replying I had to go through my bank to get my money back as they didn't even have a real email address to contact them they are a complete SCAM!

Purchase never arrived, website blocked.

This is a phoney company which had been setup to defraud customers. Do not buy from them. Items purchased will not be delivered nor will any communications be answered back. The website is now offline and is not accessible.

Never deal with this company that's all I can say. Poor communication and you'll never get your goods. I had to claim my money back via my credit card company

This is a scam, two orders placed for over £200. quick to take my money. Neither order has ever arrived. No other words to describe them apart from Thief’s.

Outright scam site. Un-contactable.Site had dissapeared by the time I contacted my bank. The internet is now flooded with completely fraudulent sites, do not understand why banks give legitimacy to these people by allowing their payment systems to be used.
Trust pilot needs a zero or minus rating.

If you had zero, I would of selected that, on your ratings.
Unfortunately like many people who have ordered from you I have never received my goods. I find this request to rate you company an insult and an absolute joke !!!!! You are nothing but thieves and Im disgusted that you are allowed to trade and have been getting away with this.

avoid at all cost.... ordered a genny, never received it. had to get credit card company involved and to investigate. Suspected the website is a fraud site

Goods never arrived and no refund given, had to claim money back through the bank, will never order off this site again.

Terrible, delayed delivery over and over and then trouble getting money back. Had to get credit card company to refund in the end. Avoid at all cost.

Scam company,do not order anything from this fake site,I ordered a generator around 3 months ago,still not arrived,if I could leave zero starsi would.

After my attempt to buy some Makita batteries from Garstore my advise would now be stay away from them.
As I have to give one star to even rate Garstore I would like to warn anyone from dealing with this company and refrain from ordering anything from them. A minus 5 stars would have been be my score if possible. As I’ve now realised, that I and like so many others, have been duped into buying something that they never ever receive.
Garstore advertise items at extremely low prices and then never deliver. When trying to contact them, their phone number comes up as not known and their their customer online chat line, if enquiring about an order, is completely unresponsive. Luckily I paid with my credit card & was able to be reimbursed from my bank who in turn put in a dispute with Garstore over the transaction.
There has been no apology or any response from the company since my original transaction.

Never received order so cancelled it. They did eventually refund the money paid in full so will give them credit for that.
