Placed an order 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. My email has been disabled and no response from them whatsoever. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company

Ordered a makita radio and was told 8-12 days! Sent an email by the thirteenth and they said we need an extension due to high demand so I’ve left it another 2 weeks and still no contact, after multiple emails, instagram messages, a number that doesn’t work! I’m extremely disappointed as they have scammed me £160! Would urge everyone to stay away!
FRAUD!

I ordered a generator the 9th September (£170) and was told there was a delay in ‘for filling this order ‘ then I was promised the order would be here last week now they are not responding to my emails and the phone line is cut off when I try to ring . I am very worried I have lost my money this company doesn’t seem very reliable at all !!

scam beware!
this company never shipped my order and promised to offer me my refund and everytime i asks how long will it be they kept saying the delay is because of our server is down but you will get it within 5 days...
And after a month still no refund.

I ordered a Dewalt angle grinder three weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. No response to emails and the phone number on the webiste doesn't work.

Total scam, ordered a BBQ in June, nothing arrived and whilst there was some communication it was all lies. AVOID THIS COMPANY and ignore the fake positive reviews.

This is scam. There are no products. I don't know why it is taking so long for "garstore" to be closed down. I have been defrauded of £500. Keep Away. In hindsite it was obvious: Suspicious registered address & they claim to be a top retailer. How could I not have heard of them? Because they do not exist Sadly Google ads & Stripe the payment facilitator have no interest in stopping this type of fraud

ordered my item on the 15th August still haven't received my item,i have received emails telling me that there is a misunderstanding delaying my order ? I have requested a refund but have had no response to this as of yet.
I will not use Garstore again and would advise against anyone using this company.

Ordered a DeWalt tool for my son as it was cheaper on this site didn't realise when ordering it would take 8-12 days still wasn't received so tried to contact number however number doesn't exist emailed to cancel my order and was advised it would take 8-12 days, received email Friday to say refunded and the next day it was back on my card which I was glad of as was about to do a charge back on my credit card.

Ordered a generator with delivery promised in two weeks. Chased after three to be told would be delivered within a week. Get shipping note next day saying allow upto 2weeks to ship from china. Thus cancelled order to be told upto another two weeks to be refunded and now not refunded as promised. Now with Barclaycard to get refund as still not got my money back….

Bought a makita multi tool back in August - waited for the upto 8 days for delivery, This passed, I chased when to expect the delivery of my item, I was then informed that this would be with me the following week(it didn’t come) communication was good up until I asked for a refund- where customer support then hasn’t replied- hence my review- I will now be seeking advice to get my money returned.

The address of Garstore is NOT correct & is just a mail drop address in London plus their phone number does NOT work.

To date I have still not received my order & now they will not even communicate with me, looking at all the bad reviews this company has I will now be seeking a full refund 👎

Ordered a Makita leaf blower in August 19th, after about five weeks I got a message from garstore that the item was delivered, it was never delivered. After some correspondence they said it was the shippers,they then promised a new delivery date 4/10/22, there has been no delivery and zero contact since, this feels like a total scam. BUYER BEWARE

Worst experience ever placed order 2 months ago keep telling me it will be here next week that's 3 times now asked for refund now stopped answering me still trying to get my refund don't use this site thee worst ever its a con STAY AWAY

I ordered a sander on the 24th July 2022, now the 7th of October. After numerous emails, chat messages left on their site and submitting many messages on their contact form have not heard anyting at all. lookslike I have been scammed!!!

Disgusting scam company. I have reported them to the fraud authorities and they are being investigated. I am shocked their website is still open!

Ordered a Karcher Pressure Washer in July, never delivered and no responses from the seller. Have resorted to claiming the money back via my Credit Card company after my request for a refund also received no response.
