Ordered a Gas bottle on Thursday to be delivered on wednesday 20th August and coming before 11am. Phone them at 11:45 ask where the bottle is and got some time today, but we call the deliver driver to update on where it is and time. It now 1pm still not have call. Be wait for it from 9am to 1pm now. This group has highly recommended being good. Time 13:40 and no call back from them. Office very good. Delivery not. I have taken time off to meet the bottle this morning. NEW UPDATE, NOW ONLY GET THE BOTTLE DELIVER AT 16:28PM, BE SITTING HERE FROM 9AM TO 16:28 FOR IT AND NO PHONE CALL AT ALL. office is good. Forget about having it delivered when they promise you the time when they're going to deliver it AND the apology was rubbish from them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations.
To clarify, we do not provide timed deliveries to any of our customers. While we said we would do our best to have your order with you before 11am, this was not something we could guarantee. On this occasion, a necessary change to the driver’s route meant that your delivery was unfortunately delayed until later in the day.
We do not offer a call service for individual delivery updates, but every customer receives a tracking email with access to real-time updates, which is the most accurate way to follow your delivery progress.
We understand the delay was inconvenient, and we did apologise to you over the phone. While we can’t always give concrete times due to changing driver schedules, we always aim to complete deliveries as quickly as possible.
We truly appreciate that you chose us on the back of a recommendation, and it’s encouraging that our many positive reviews reflect the high level of service we strive to provide. We will continue working to improve and to ensure every customer’s experience is as smooth as possible.
