Great service, informative and worked well with us to answer any questions or concerns we had. The actual removal was quick and easy and the engineer who visited was friendly.

Very efficient reliable and friendly service

After a very difficult and extensive search trying to track down a Gas supplier who could assist us in removing a gas meter, I finally found Gas Connections. From start to finish their service has been second to none. Thanks to them our project can move forward. I highly recommend Gas Connections and will be using them again in the future as and when required.

We wasted a lot of time with Gas Connections. Initial call and consultation could not be more promising and helpful but it all went downhill. Emails and calls were not returned, messages lost, to eventually (with a push) conclude our job wasn’t what the company could do, many days after. Knowledgeable in some areas but without professional communication ethics or customer care. Do not recommend.

Informed of progress from day one advised completely as to what was needed prior to gas meter removal. Stated a date for the removal and the gas engineer phoned when he was on his way. Emailed next day to ask if the works had been completed and if any issues.
After enquiring with a few companies 100% made the right choice excellent service and cost. Just wish my utility supplier was half as professional. (Thanks Dave)

Absolutely seamless experience. From first getting in contact with David at Gas Connections to having my gas meter fully removed. Communication was spot on, there were no issues or glitches, and everything happened at a good pace. Thanks for making it pain free.

I booked a gas meter removal and to make sure it could be carried out on the day ot was supposed to be done, I started the process 6 months in advance. We needed to do building work, which was dependent on not having the gas meter. Engineer's visit was confirmed for today between 8am and 12pm and he didn't turn up, neither did i get an explanatory phone call. The offices are now closed for holidays, for another 4 days, so I cant even hope for an earlier solution. This is causing me a huge amount of financial and time loss. Not acceptable.
I am updating the above review, as it would not be just to give an so negative one, when the was an enormous positive too. After I review and also left a message and email for the office, I got email from David, who was still on holiday, but insisted the complaint immediately. Although the engineer was booked for the 1st, he confirmed that de didn't attend but could offer no explanation. David rebooked the appointment for the 5th and this time the engineer did turn up and removed the meter. Throughout this process David has been extremely helpful and informative, going the extras mile, so a huge thanks for that

Good service initially,with arrangements but waited a very long while for work to be finely finalised and completed.Dissatisfied with waiting so long for completion.

David and the team were great from start to finish with the removal of an old gas meter, and were fair on pricing compared to one some of the gas provider charge to remove a meter.

Having had an air source heat pump installed, I wanted to cease having gas. There’s not much advice on the internet & I happened to come across this company. I cannot thank Dan enough for his knowledge & for helping me through the minefield of terminating my gas supply. The company returns the meter to the supplier & so no further gas charges are incurred by me. Totally professional company & would highly recommend. Thank you.
