After 2 x installations, I do not have a working cook top.

First they sent me a broken cook top. Then after many emails they replaced the broken cooktop. That cooktop had 3 burners out of 4 not working. Piece of shit with the worse after sale service ever. Even though there is a waranty, they have refused to fix the stove top. So now I have a non functioning stove and am $500 out of pocket for 2 instalations. DO NOT BUY

It's cheap for a reason. There's absolutely no customer service. Warranty becomes a joke when no one replies to your emails. Product quality is really poor. Do yourself a favour and spend and couple hundred and buy from a reputed brand.

Purchased a tankless water heater in…

Purchased a tankless water heater in May of 2025 and it has never worked properly. It will not heat the water. I have been on the phone on and off with Gasland since then, getting the runaround. I honestly don't think anybody talks to each other at that company. The technician on the phone has me do certain experiments to see what the problem might be, then tells me to send an email with an attached video of me attaching the hose to the outlet which I was told to do, to the support people who then send me a snippy email saying that the hose should be on the outlet. Duh! No kidding, as I explain to the person that's what I was told to do. Like I said they don't talk to each other's technicians don't leave notes for the support people to read the support people don't forward things to the warranty like they were supposed to the warranty people don't reach out to you and when I talk to the next person on the phone they act like they've never heard of me. Absolutely worthless company, even if their products are absolutely amazing, which I doubt at this time, their customer service 100% sucks. Do not buy from this company until they do something to improve their customer service and put changes in place to where these people talk to each other.

This website is a complete fraud

This website is a complete fraud. We ordered a gas stove and filled in the address to Sweden, 100% correct. The money was withdrawn from my account and the package was intentionally shipped to Denmark.

Naturally, DHL sent it in return since it was the wrong country, without us even seeing a delivery.

Customer service has not responded on any of our emails or refunded the money.

I bought a stove top on 13/4/25…

I bought a stove top on 13/4/25 unfortunately it was not right for my home, so I was approved for a return. I was able to return it and the communication was great. Once item returned on the 8/5/25 I sent a email on 13/5/25 requesting a update on when my money would be returned, nothing so I sent another email 15/5/25 and got a response saying the warehouse needed time to process a return so email back in 2-3 days if no refund. So I emailed back on 22/5/25 and have got no response again and once again on 23/5/25. Have they decided just to keep my money?? Beware of this company!

No responsibility about their faulty product.

Gasland chef is a company with very little care for their customers. I wish I had listened but stupidly, I ordered from them.
I ordered a wall oven last year, which was installed a month or so after it arrived given that the renovations took longer than expected. Once the oven was installed and was being tested, it turned out the system controlling the cook setting was not working.
Upon contacting Gasland, they said I should contact some repair service on my own because they did not have anyone from their company in my area Chicago.
The repair service came and charged $260 to come and look inside the oven to find that a part that controls the settings came broken. The customer service people simply replied they can cover $100.
So my question is: What warranty?
The oven is new, never used, recently installed.
The oven had to be looked at by a third party who is charging for their work.
The company selling the oven won't send the part that needs replacement and/or cover the cost of the repair service I had to hire.
Now they are not replying to my emails.
What a nightmare it has been dealing with this shady company. No real accountability, no responisbility or pride for their products.
Looking at their website, it's a shopify store. Look at linked in and it's impossible to find anyone who works there.
All of this leads me to think this company is some kind of scam. That or just a couple people selling cheap product from China all over the US.
Either way, don't be like me. Buy from a reputable manufacturer!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. There is zero customer service bordering on scammers. Bought a ragehood and wanted to buy carbon filters. They said they no longer make them and couldnt tell me any info on how to get them. Then they just stopped replying.

Schlechtester Customer Service

Schlechtester Customer Service, den ich je erlebt habe.
Ich habe einen Propangas Durchlauferhitzer erworben und wollte ihn dann zurückschicken. Mit Erschrecken stellt man dann in der Widerrufsbelehrung fest, dass es nicht so einfach möglich ist.
Die Kontaktaufnahme ist nur per Mail möglich.
Es ist immer eine Woche vergangen, bis ich Rückmeldung bekommen habe.
Zuletzt wurde ich dahingend verarscht, dass ich ein Video aufnehmen sollte um Gasland Chef gut zu bewerten, dann dürfte ich das Gerät behalten und würde mein Geld wiederbekommen. Dies war alles in den 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf.
Nach 30 Tagen gab es kein Kontakt mehr.
Ich bin auf dem Gerät und Kosten sitzen geblieben von Gasland Chef gab es nie wieder meine Rückmeldung.
Traurig. Die Geräte sind echt nicht schlecht, aber mit so einem Service kann man es einfach kaputt machen.
Ich würde es aus dem Grund NIEMANDEN empfehlen dort zu bestellen.
Das was die machen ist BETRUG!

Habe mir eine Dunstabzugshaube gekauft…

Habe mir eine Dunstabzugshaube gekauft die leider nicht in meine Küche passt, wollte das gute Stück retoure schicken aber da habe ich den Plan ohne Gasland gemacht. Ganze 5! emails habe ich an deren Kundenservice geschickt und nicht eine Antwort erhalten. Ganz furchtbarer Verein.

Rückerstattung erst nach Eskalation per Paypal

Der Kundenservice bei Rückgabe und Rückerstattung nach Widerruf (innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist von 14 Tagen) ist unterirdisch.

1. Das Unternehmen versucht 20% des Kaufpreises als Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr einzubehalten und schreibt diese rechtlich nichtige Forderung in die Widerrufsbedingungen, die man nach Abschluss der Bestellung erhält.

2. Kein standardisiertes Verfahren. Man muss sich per Mail an den Kundenservice wenden, der dann erst nach der zweiten Mail antwortet. Bevor die Rücksendung "genehmigt" wird, soll man erst Bilder des Produkts schicken. Erst dann erhält man die Versandadresse für den Rückversand (die Absendeadresse auf dem Paket soll anscheinend nicht verwendet werden). Wieder sind mehrere Mails/Erinnerungen nötig, um das Retourenlabel zugeschickt zu bekommen.

3. Nach Rückversand wurde weder der Eingang der Retoure bestätigt noch die Rückerstattung eingeleitet. Auf die mehrfachen Erinnerungen nach 3 Wochen kam dann gar keine Antwort mehr. Auch die Androhung rechtlicher Schritte blieb ohne Reaktion.

4. Erst als ich über Paypal ein Problem gemeldet hatte (ich hatte zum Glück alles gut dokumentiert) und sich Paypal bei gaslandchef.de gemeldet hatte, kam einige Tage später die Rückerstattung.

Finger weg von diesem Händler!

I bought 4 gasland on demand water heaters 2 months ago because of the reviews I watched on Youtube. I GOT HOODWINKED. The product is absolute garbage and the customer service nonexistent. So far in two months; 2 shower heads have broken, 2 hoses have busted and one of the ignitions on one of the heaters keeps failing. When you finally do reach someone on customer service they are trash. I still have not received any replacement parts for the parts broken, I run a small retreat center so could not wait any longer and bought replacement parts on AMAZON. Shame on you AMAZON for carry products that breakdown this often and where the customer service is nonexistent. I

They sent me a propane gas water heater with inadequate packaging. When it arrived it had a hole in the box and the drain plug was sheared off. I called but there is no way to speak to anybody. Only email communication. They wanted to send me a new drain plug completely unconcerned about any other damage in transit that could result in serious injury. Customer service is a nightmare. When a company has one number, hides all corporate numbers, and will only communicate anonymously by email, they are one step away from hustlers. Website says thirty day no hassle returns. They are liars. We emailed back and forth seven times and they still have not provided instructions for return. Liars. Don’t buy Gaslandchef ANYTHING.

I brought a cooktop that stopped working after 12months. I have lost count of the emails I have sent to support Gasland chef. They keep coming up with excuses having a part made. Finding a part. This has been going on since January. No phone number in Australia. No abn on invoice so I can’t even put in a complaint to fair trading. This has caused so much stress . Don’t touch anything from this company something isn’t right when they have no number to call.

3 year old Gasland electric oven has a faulty led display.
These ovens should last 10 years.
Gasland customer service has no Australian contact number, only overseas support people, only contactable by email.
They won't supply parts to fix either under warranty or just to buy the new part.
These fools at Gasland don't understand the Australian consumer law.A product like an oven should have a serviceable life of more than 10 years
I have contacted The NSW Office of Fair Trading and awaiting their response.
