I received an email from Gatineau asking me to write a review on the Company and, in return, they would send me a 20% discount code for my next order. As I love their products I completed the Survey but they sent me only a 10% discount. I feel conned. Wrote to their Customer Services and had no response!!! Fuming

I bought the Gatineau Collagene
Expert Restore & Nourish Collection from QVC. I have been a loyal Gatineau customer via QVC for a good number of years and never had any issues or problems with the range. However, approximately just over 6 months ago I bought the above range . They experts and presenters advertise that the products have at least 1 year shelf life - unopened. So when I opened my cleansing balm, the scent didn’t seem quite right. I rang QVC and they told me that after 6 months I needed to contact Gatineau direct. So I emailed with my issue. They replied that I should contact QVC. I responded by saying that I think the balm was faulty and that I was willing to send it in for checking and quality purposes. If it was nit faulty then I would have happily accepted that but nobody wanted to know. However, from now on when I hear , especially from representatives from Gatineau or presenters saying that the products will stay unopened for a year. I beg to differ. I am afraid of opening the other items in the range. Extremely, extremely disappointed! 😞

Absolutely wonderful skincare products that work well on my temperamental skin (55, post menopause, sensitive and still oily!). Love them, love them, love them! Will never look back now.
Orders are despatched really quickly and well packed.
Not the cheapest nor most expensive I have used, but you cannot put a price on good skincare that works well with your skin.

I was excited to place my first order with Gatineau after seeing a promotion offering a free face cream when spending £60. My basket total was over £60 before my 15% welcome discount was applied, so I genuinely believed I qualified.

When the free gift didn’t arrive, I contacted customer services. They explained that my order no longer qualified because the discounted total was below £60. They also acknowledged that the promotional banner could have been clearer and said they would review how the qualifying criteria are displayed.

Despite recognising that the promotion could be misunderstood, and after referring the matter to a manager, they declined to offer the free gift as a goodwill gesture.

While the customer service team were polite throughout, I’m disappointed that the promotion wasn’t clearer and that no flexibility was shown for a genuine misunderstanding. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the positive first experience I’d hoped for.

Hi purchased Miracle eye cream as a special offer with 20% off through Jo Elvin recommendation. I have purchased this product before and love it. Jo was holding the 30ml tube so I was expecting this size as I had previously purchased direct from gatineau before for around £38. But really disappointed when the tiny 11ml tube arrived. Now tried every way to contact Gatineau 3 emails one message on answerphone and Instagram. No response no acknowledgement nothing. I want to return this 11ml size along with expressing how upset I am as feel I have been conned. Paid just under £30 plus p& p for 11ml when for under £40 can get 30ml!! Feel really misled as no way was influencer holding the tiny tube. You have to contact Gatineau to make a return but being ignored obviously they do not want items returned once they have your money. Will try through my bank if no response by Friday. Bad on you Gatineau

The 1932 candle has no scent whatsoever. It was gift otherwise it would be sent back Worst candle ever might as well have a plain wax candle for 50 pence

Gatineau defi lift firming facial oil is the best oil for mature skin and it is reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Order never arrived. Ordered on 23 Nov. They replied to my email once saying the were low on stock due to Black Friday, but I've not had any other reply since. Terrible service!

I first bought their product on a trip to Greece and have used it religiously. The product is gorgeous smelling and literally does what it says, gives you a light buildable tan with no mess on bed sheets. I was even more impressed when I reordered it from the website and forgot to put my free gift in the basket before checkout. I emailed them explaining I’d forgotten and could I possible still have the free gift and low and behold it came .this is a company I will a million percent use again.
