My order was confirmed almost immediately by a Viber direct message. I was told the product will be in the shop on the next day but the shipping slipped to the morning after the promised day. It was still a very quick process, just technically not met what was promised.

The store itself is full of random deliveries and the thing I did not like was the employee did not even show me the product before requesting me to pay, which was a little weird. I know it's not on purpose but it leaves a bad taste and impression. Fortunately the product itself was in good condition and everything was fine.

От Гауди бяха объркали частите, които ми бяха изпратили. Поръчката беше доставена преди 8 месеца, но те бяха така любезни да проверят всичко по поръчката и да говорят със склада и куриера и да се изясни къде е проблема. Накрая те ми доставиха правилната част и аз върнах частта, която беше доствена погрешка. За втори път пазарувам от тях и пак бих ги използвал в бъдеще.
