I bought this ring due to having unexpected major emergency back surgery - I bought it for pain, nerve pains and weight loss
I’ve lost 10lb but been on bed rest and not much mobility since and I feel the pain did ease - I can’t say 💯 if it’s the ring or it’s placebo affect; but I’m sticking with it !
Lovely ring and colours I had the 3 banded golds looks good too

I bought a copper bracelet for my wife for our anniversary and unfortunately it was too big.
As part of the purchase we were provided with a tool which is supposed to easily remove links to shorten the bracelet.
The tool is not fit for purpose, it bends every time you try to remove a link.
We followed the online instructions and managed to get 1 link out, but can’t do anymore, therefore the bracelet is useless.
I have contacted their customer service but havnt heard anything back.
I’ve also placed a review on their website which isn’t visible and I’ve had no reply.

I receive and email every other day from them asking ‘how did we do’? which is rather grating. Some kind of communication back to me regarding our problem would be much appreciated.
