Fast efficient well priced service - the only place I buy my badges, flags and bunting from!

Ok, so first off, straight white male, but as I've lots of friends who are LGBT+, I've wanted a Lanyard, supporting Pride for years, but didn't want Etsy or some such, as I would rather my money went towards supporting the community. Found this store and ordered a few things. For what I bought, and what I got, the prices were excellent. Communication was excellent, dispatch & delivery were fast, and items were packaged securely. Went for Progress Lanyard, as I love the aesthetic, a Straight ally necklace and a signed book. The Lanyard is high quality, and my daughter's friend loved the book, as it was his favourite movie. Would have preferred a Gold Ally Necklace, as my skin can't deal with metal, hopefully that's something that can be considered in future. All in all can't fault it, and love the emails that come, as there are brilliant gift ideas on there.

Repeatedly ordered books via online shop and never had an issue. The shop has a great selection of titles from different genres. Books are always sent out promptly and well packaged. Communication is always spot on. I will make sure to visit the shop next time I'm in Manchester :)

I wanted to renew my Pride flag for Pride this June (2023) and found a great one at a sale price on this site. The site was easy to use, had lots of interesting items and my flag arrived with well priced postage, well wrapped and very quickly too.
I would use this site again, it's good to see.

Great choice of stock, excellent service, quick to assist with order queries, fast and accurate delivery, order confirmation lists and displays all items for easy checking. Particularly swayed by the donations to LGBTQ+ charities. Highly recommended.

Ordered a signed book online, it arrived fast and in great condition. I also visited the store a few months ago great little shop, loved the selection of books.

My order arrived more quickly than expected and each item was wrapped in a cute paper bag.
One item (button badge) was incorrect but I contacted customer services and they sent me a replacement quickly and with zero fuss.

Ordered offline, had an issue with their stock. I was never told or offered and alternative, they just cancelled and sent part of my order out, then proceed to just ignore my contact. Happy to spam with me with junk mail, but not respond. Wouldn’t use again, a massive let down!

Wanted supplies for a Pride event. Incredibly rude staff, poor customer service, slow responses and when and they're uncooperative when they do answer and clearly haven't paid attention to what was said. It's a shame that a LGBTQI company behaves this way towards other LGBTQI people. I was hoping to support a small business but now I'd definitely go elsewhere!

Placed an order for a few items, one item broke after a wk or two so they offered to send another one out and it never arrived I have emailed many times and just been ignored

So I bought a Christmas present from the Gay Pride Shop in December 2022 - they have been really unhelpful and I haven’t got a refund for the item. This was a Christmas present for my friend, they claimed it was delivered according to Royal Mail but it wasn’t. They are unwilling to help me they normally are understanding but I’m quite disappointed with them
