The book arrived on the day of publication but the packaging was a bit poor and one end of the box was wet. The book was luckily fine inside, though the cover was slightly bent at the top of the front.

The website is well designed and easy to use; there's a lot of choice but's it's presented in a way that's not overwhelming. My order was well packed and arrived in good time, and it's excellent quality. I really liked how clear the site was about which charities are supported.

Everything came quickly and the patches looked even better than expected when they arrived!

I ordered some Pros-Aide adhesive and some Pros-Aide adhesive remover from the Gay Pride Shop. I received an email confirmation of my order, then a dispatch order stating that both items had been dispatched. On the day my parcel arrived, I opened it to find the adhesive remover, and a note to say "Sorry no stock, refund sent!" (checking my emails, my delivery note confirmed that only the remover had been delivered). Which does not explain why the DISPATCH note did not mention this. Nor why the packer did not consider that it might be good to reach out and confirm if I may want to amend my order - it really isn't much point having a prosthetic adhesive remover without the adhesive, after all. I reached out to the Gay Pride Shop via email, explained the situation and suggested that this disconnect between 'Shipped' and 'Delivered' emails needed to be addressed to avoid the frustration I felt. Subsequently the email was ignored, completely unacknowledged, and a couple of days later I got their automatic prompt to leave a review. I have left it a couple of weeks, just in case, but they still haven't even bothered to send a bland non-response.

Your mileage may vary, but beware of this shop if you prize customer service. There are better places to buy Pride items.
