This clipper is easy to use and works great! It is quiet and the vibration is low. My long hair cat was matted tightly to the skin, this clipper glides through the hair so easily I was able to cut my cat’s hair very quickly. My cat tolerated me using this clipper on him with no problem while coaxing him with a treat. I’m very happy with my purchase!

This company should not be allowed to trade, it's a ship and drop,, basically you pay £36 for clippers (which don't clip) the company then orders clippers from China and they are sent direct to you, the same clippers cost under £7 from shein, when you complain they say that you have to pay for return postage to China £17 as company recommends you track them, it's a huge con,, the company will offer you 50% refund, but even then they are making £11. Steer clear, I've warned you. Also I'm really suspicious of the high ratings from some reviews.

This was a great buy, just the kind of clippers I was looking for. Quiet, lightweight and cordless. The dogs hadn't been trimmed in almost a year and these sheared through the fur no problem. I got the job done in half the time compared to the old Remington set I was using. I'm happy with the results and so are the dogs. And for the price they are great value for money. Definitely recommend 👍

Ive always been frightened when cutting my dogs claws with manual clippers as I dont want to hurt her or make her bleed. This product is brilliant because I can take off as much as I want as quickly or slowly and my do is happy with the process

Stay away - scam business based out of China!! They only list reviews that are 3 star and above on their website.

This is a misleading business and don't fall for their return terms - they don't honour them if you need to return items. They are also not based in Australia, so don't be fooled.

They don't disclose this to you, until you need to organize a return. They try to manipulate you into keeping the items by forcing you to return items to China, and offering a 50% discount to keep items you're likely never going to use.

The bags are of cheap quality and had an awful, industrial odour. My dog absolutely did not like the carriers. They were way too big.

The raving reviews are allegedly engineered - this has definitely not been my experience with this product and brand. Stay away at all costs!!

Now clippers ineffective. Only used a couple of times. Will stick to normal salon quality clippers in future.

Don't waste your money. The item we ordered was dead on arrival. It was 3 weeks before it arrived. Contacted company and was told to send a video demonstrating the problem. We did that immediately but they said they never received the video. I was told, as many others have as well, that this is a common ploy of this fake company. If item is returned customer must return it to China and pay for shipping.

If I could leave nil star I would the clippers are useless, as soon as you start to use them fur clogs up the blade and comb. I sent video, I was told I would have to send return to China. I got 50% back instead , advise to anyone don’t touch this product the clippers are useless

I purchased this item in good faith its not what they claim totally fake cannot even contact this company they never answer the motor is silent until you start to grind the nails and its so loud my dog won't let me near him even the web page is all fake promises and its all sold from a industrial unit in feltham middlesex selling all Chinese products an absolute con🤬🤬🤬

I was looking for an rechargable dog grooming kit, and liked the look of this online, and there was a 60 day return. I bought the clipper and nail kit, and the additional 3 replacement heads. When it arrived the box was battered, it had come from Twickenham. Opening it, the wrappers did not seem new, and I wondered if it had been returned before. It is advertised as very quiet - it was not; without noisy vibrations - it was very noisy; pet friendly - my dog ran away from it. Of the three replacement heads, one was broken. It was not a Clip My Paws item, but just called Pet Grooming Hair Clipper Kit Sweet Care. It looked cheap. I had spend £65 believing I was buying the best. I felt conned. When I asked to return it, I had to give my reasons, and I was then given the address to return it to: China, not Twickenham. They offered to replace the broken head, and to refund 50% of the cost if I did not return it. Reader, I paid £16.65 to return it to China, and that is what you will have to do too. Do not believe their 'no quibble 60 day return policy', it is costly. This is a cheap, cheap, cheap pet groomer, pretending to be a brand item. They will inspect the item on receipt and only then refund me, so watch this space. I am sending it by tracked mail, with a signature required at their end, but I am wondering if I will really get a full refund. I have asked them to refund the return postage to me as one of the items was defective and this seems to be a reason why they may refund the postage, but I am not hopeful.

28th February 2025: UPDATE: I sent this by recorded delivery to China. It was never delivered to the factory for a refund, but stayed in the customs shed indefinitely so I lost all my money.
