2 guys, 18 ground screws all marked out, lasered and finished in a couple of hours. great job would recommend.

A little sceptical to go in cold/blind to a nationwide company instead of going on local word of mouth route which I do for all other tradesman I employ. However the service I got was very good indeed, friendly guys who knew what they were doing and gave a shit which is always half of the battle.

Communication was clear and professional. The guys who came to test the ground were helpful and informative. Then the fitting team were excellent!

GBGS were a pleasure to deal with, from first enquiry through to completion of the project. They were very helpful in dealing with my queries and on the design of the installation. All the people I came into contact with - both in the office and in the field - were professional, knowledgeable and polite. I run a large Christmas display for MacMillan, and needed a new shed for storage of our christmas display items. GBGS were very helpful in advising and supplying the screws so I could build the base for the shed. Thank you Steve and the team.

My recent experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I made an order online. On second inspection of the brackets I sent an email a few hours later to ask a question. In all fairness the guy answered my question and in doing so I then realised I'd have to change a few of my brackets as I don't think the "U" brackets were suitable for my project. The guy said no problem as my pallet was still being processed and on site. I said I'd phone to discuss the different brackets and while I'm there I'll add a few more screws to my order. The guy pretty much said don't call and just make another online purchase and I'll refund the extra £60 postage which I thought was a bit strange! I thought it would just be easier all round to chat over the phone. Anyway I did as asked and made another online order. When the pallet was dropped off my invoice was taped onto the outside of the pallet wrapping meaning it got tore to pieces whilst just trying to take the tape off of it. I noticed there was no "eye bolt" to go with the installation tool. I sent an email to be told we don't send eyebolts just use a normal bolt and try an Allen key. Ridiculous!! These tools would all usually come with an eye bolt. I had to then purchase one myself from a different company. A week later I still hadn't had my refund for being charged the postage twice (£120). I sent an email and eventually I received my postage refund but where I changed from the "U" brackets to the cheaper "L" brackets I didn't get a refund. What an absolute joke of a company! I won't be using them for my next project!

First time I have had to provide this type of product for any of my customers. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, my questions answered in a language I could understand. The ordering system couldn't be easier to use, and time it took to be delivered was fantastic. I will definitely be using GBGSC again

I built a lot of decks and have used GBGS regularly as they offer screws and machine hire together which works for me. The screws are great and the GBGS team have always been more than helpful.

I spent a lot of time researching and planing the build of my cabin at the bottom of my garden which turns into a bog during the winter months.

The ground screws were fantastic, although I would recommend hiring the machine to screwing them in, I did nearly 40 by hand.

The service and speed of delivery was fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Very good experience from concept of project to completion.
I opted to have a load test carried out as well - which was completed to ensure we used the correct length screw as I have extremely soft ground.
