Poor payment method
Poor paying option there was no place to put my debit card details it just submitted the order straight away. Solving this would make things easier and quicker

Thank you for the feedback. Many customers on a daily basis are able to use the card option via Worldpay. It’s a simple process and the issue was resolved with the customer straight away and items posted in a timely manner.

Thank you for the feedback. Please can you email us to confirm which item was the wrong size so we can assist. The items were delivered within the timeframe agreed by the club and this is the busiest period of the year.

Thanks for the feedback. Our records show the order was paid for using PayPal which many customers choose. Alternatively you can pay by Worldpay for card payments. Please let us know how the checkout was an issue so we can see if this is an occurring issue.
